With the development of urbanization,the agglomeration effect of urban population is further enhanced,and “solitary youth groups” appear in megacities.The solitary youth group is usually explained as: young people who leave home to work in big cities and live alone.This kind of crowd has the pursuit of good life,but because of work,economy,interpersonal communication and other objective reasons and life is relatively poor.At present,most of the water dispensers on the market are designed to serve traditional married families.For young people living alone,the traditional water dispenser cannot satisfy their own needs because of its large volume,poor experience and high price.Based on the user experience theory,this project takes the user as the center,accurately divides the user group,and provides differentiated intelligent drinking water products and services for the group.First of all,through social news and relevant literature and materials,a preliminary understanding of young people living alone to prepare for in-depth user research.Secondly,the concept of user experience is clarified,and emotional theory and theoretical model of Kansei Engineering are combined to guide the design practice of this subject.Thirdly,through product research,we gradually get to know the product deeply and understand the target user group deeply through user research.Finally,the data obtained from the design survey are analyzed and summarized,the user role model and user experience map are further established,the real needs of the target user group and the opportunity points of product design are mined,so as to establish the design strategy of intelligent water dispenser,conceive the design scheme of intelligent water dispenser,and make design evaluation for the design scheme.This topic is based on user experience theory guidance of intelligent water dispenser design practice.This topic focuses on the youth group living alone,takes the user as the center,puts the user experience in the whole process of product design,promotes the improvement of existing instant hot water products,conforms to the trend of drinking water product consumption upgrade,and provides design ideas for the improvement of drinking water product design. |
