Research On Risk Management And Control Of BT Company’s PPP Project

In recent years,PPP projects have been widely seen in China’s environmental protection industry,especially in the water treatment industry.This emerging mode of projects has effectively alleviated the financial pressure of government departments and promoted the construction and service of public infrastructure in China.However,with the increasing number of PPP projects,the financial risks caused by various factors are gradually revealed.In order to reduce the economic losses caused by PPP project risks and promote a win-win situation,it is necessary to effectively prevent the financial risks of PPP projects.To study the risks of PPP projects in the field of water treatment,based on the analysis of the general characteristics of PPP projects,including advantages and disadvantages,this paper takes BT company,which has applied PPP mode for a long time and undertaken a large number of PPP projects in the water environment treatment industry,as a case study.Mainly based on the absolute and relative index of BT Company,and according to the financial risk management of BT company’s PPP projects,this paper analyzes the problems and causes of its financial risk management from aspects of financing,investment,operation,and analyzes the existing problems and causes that environmental factors affect its financial risk management.then put forward suggestions on the financial risk management of BT company’s PPP projects,and probes into the risk protection measures of PPP project from the perspective of the government and the private sector of PPP projects.The research shows that due to the unreasonable investment and financing of PPP projects and the imperfect management of BT Company,the risk of capital flow fracture dominated by risk of debt has been formed under the influence of various external environmental factors.By rationalizing financing,investment,operation and establishing risk assessment and monitoring system with Monte Carlo method,ensure adequate capital inflow and reasonable capital outflow,can play a better role in risk prevention.From the perspective of the government,private sector and other PPP project participants,measures can be taken from various aspects to ensure the success of PPP projects.This paper enriches the existing PPP project literature,provides theoretical support and suggestions for the risk prevention and control research of PPP projects in BT company and water treatment industry...
