At present,powder packaging scales are widely used in many industries such as food,medicine,and chemical industry,realizing the mechanized packaging of powder materials.However,because the current packaging scales on the market generally have the problem of powder leakage,which is a hidden safety hazard,an innovation has been made in this regard.In this paper,25kg/bag of flour is used as the packaging object,and the automatic packaging scale for dust-free powder is researched and designed,which can avoid dust flying when packaging flour.This paper focuses on the scheme design and uses the finite element analysis technology to simulate and analyze the important components.Finally,the solid prototype is manufactured and assembled according to the three-dimensional model and drawings.The main research as follows:(1)Consult the relevant literature,combined with the research status of powder packaging equipment at home and abroad,analyze the problems existing in the powder packaging machine on the market,put forward the idea of dust-proof packaging,and further design the principle scheme.Determine the design of the main mechanism of the dust-free powder automatic packaging scale and the calculation of the relevant dimensions.And use the Proe modeling software to carry out 3D modeling of all the mechanisms and the assembly of the whole machine.(2)According to the working principle of the dust-free powder automatic packaging scale,analyze the important devices and verify the rationality of the scheme design.In order to prevent the interference phenomenon when the material door is opened,kinematic simulation analysis and static analysis of the material door are carried out to prevent deformation and damage during the work.When the ball screw in the lifting mechanism drives the hopper full,the frequency of the stepper motor may resonate with the ball screw,so the harmonic response analysis of the modal superposition method needs to be carried out on the screw,and it is concluded that the screw is subjected to load force and the amplitude under the combined action of the motor output excitation frequency provides the basis for the design of the lifting device.(3)Since the dust-free powder automatic packaging scale transports materials up and down the silo during its working process,the natural frequency of the whole machine will change within a certain range,which may be close to the frequency of the motor,resulting in resonance phenomenon,so a modal analysis of the system is required.(4)Verify the rationality of the design and analysis of dust-free powder automatic packaging scale,manufacture and process the parts of the principle prototype,and then assemble the whole machine.
