Nowadays,the problem of air-pollution has become badly serious in our country.Small and medium enterprises are one of the major sources of pollution,but they seldom utilize ash-cleaning equipment due to the lower profits.Therefore,the project team cooperated with an enterprise to develop high-efficiency and low-cost cartridge filter used for small and medium enterprises.In order to provide references for structure design and the improvement of performance of cartridge filter,the structure strength of cartridge filter is studied in this paper.Firstly,the working principle of filter and ash-cleaning process of industrial cartridge filter is introduced and the designing goal of cartridge filter is proposed.The geometry model of cartridge filter is built by using the three-dimensional drawing software.And based on the theory of finite element analysis,the simplified model of cartridge filter is established with the help of the ANSYS software,which lays foundation for the later strength analysis.Then,the integral cartridge filter turns out to be with uniform stress and minor deformation through the study of static analysis.And the maximum deformation occurs at the panel of cavity,with the value of 21.4mm exceeding the allowable deflection value.The maximum stress of integral structure is 94.9MPa,lower than the allowable stress value.And the maximum deformation and deflation of other important parts meet the requirement.However,the legs have upper safe coefficient and structure strength of some parts of rear panels have considerable surplus and needs to be improved.Through the study of dynamic analysis,the first-order natural frequency is 9.024 Hz,occuring at the outlet flange.From the second-order to sixed-order,the natural frequency vary from 10.57 Hz to 21.76 Hz.And their modes of vibration are all breathing vibration of panels The best pulse-jet frequency is set to range from 10 Hz to 12.5Hz,and it is found that it will bring resonance if the natural frequency of structure coincide with the second-order frequency.Though the harmonic analysis of the vibration of fun,the maximum horizontal and vertical displacement are 0.64 mm and 0.1mm respectively And through the harmonic analysis of the bottom of cartridge filter,it is found that the resonance phenomenon will not occur when pulse-jet system works.Based on the transient dynamic analysis,the cure reflecting the displacement changing with time in the place of perforated plate is obtained and the maximum vibration displacement is 2.83 mm,which is meets the design requirement.Finally,combing the static with dynamic analysis,the existing problems in the original design of cartridge filter is found and the main modification method is proposed in order to improve original design.comparing the original analysis results with improved ones,it is found that the improved model has better stress distribution and the maximum stress decreases from 94.9MPa to 54.2MPa.At the same time,the first-order natural frequency of improved model increase from 9.02 Hz to 16.96 Hz,which avoids the pulse-jet frequency and resonance.Besides,the improved model save the iron of 38.05 kilogram,which is 4.9% of the weight of cartridge filter... |
