Research On The Performance Evaluation Of H Company Under The Concept Of Green Development

In recent years,due to the severe changes in the climate and environment,in order to build an environment-friendly society,our country has constantly emphasized the need to achieve economic growth through green development,requiring enterprises to continue to promote green transformation.As an environmentally consuming enterprise,iron and steel enterprises are also one of the main bodies to achieve energy saving and consumption reduction and promote green development.Faced with the requirements of the development of the new era,iron and steel enterprises actively adjust their development strategies and integrate "green" into their long-term development goals.As an important tool for enterprises to evaluate their business results and achieve business goals,corporate performance also needs to be improved according to changes in business strategies.At present,very few companies combine green development with corporate performance so that they can meet green development.In this context,it is particularly important to build an enterprise performance evaluation system under the concept of green development.This paper first uses the method of literature research to collect and organize the research literature on green development and green development and enterprise performance,and introduces the related concepts of green development and enterprise performance as well as the theoretical basis of the article research.Secondly,taking H company as the research object,it analyzes the current situation of green development and enterprise performance evaluation of H company,and expounds the necessity and feasibility of performance evaluation under the concept of green development.After referring to the relevant research,the company combined the financial performance evaluation with the indicators reflecting the green development of the company,and determined the specific evaluation indicators according to the relevant theories and the guidelines and criteria of the relevant indicator evaluation system.The first-level evaluation indicators of the dimension,and then nine second-level evaluation indicators and twenty-four third-level evaluation indicators are selected to construct a complete index system.In the performance evaluation analysis,this paper adopts the entropy value-catastrophic series method for performance evaluation.Finally,according to the above analysis results,the paper puts forward relevant suggestions to improve the performance of H company under the concept of green development.Through the case study of H company as an example,this paper hopes that the performance evaluation system and evaluation method constructed under the concept of green development can provide relevant references for the industry and even high-polluting and high-consumption enterprises.Performance evaluation can provide a positive effect for the green development of related similar enterprises.
