The mining environment problem is the core problem that needs to be studied and developed in the field of mining.Mineral mining activities have caused continuous damage to the ecological environment of the mining area.Mining mineral resources at the expense of natural ecological balance to provide development for human society does not conform to the current national concept of sustainable development.At the same time,in recent years,with the continuous development of green mine standardization construction,many mining enterprises in order to achieve green mine standards and constantly improve various indicators of mining areas,pay more attention to the environmental problems of mining areas.In order to standardize the environmental level of different types of mines,it is necessary to establish a set of evaluation index system for mine environmental problems.This paper puts forward the concept of mine environmental degree and gives its definition:mine environmental degree is the environmental level index reflecting the standard degree of environmental quality of a developing mine.At the same time,the catastrophe theory is introduced and the catastrophe progression method is combined with the green mine environmental assessment to construct a new environmental degree evaluation index system of green mine.The main work of this paper is as follows(1)This paper summarizes the previous studies on the classification of mine environmental problems,and puts forward a new classification basis of environmental problems: according to the comprehensive effect trend of mine environmental problems;according to the dynamic time response mode of mine environmental problems.Based on the nature of environmental problems,this paper analyzes the characteristics and mechanism of mine waste pollution,rock mass deformation,mine water disaster,mine noise and mine heat damage.At the same time,the superposition effects of several environmental problems are listed,and their characteristics and action trends are analyzed.(2)By introducing catastrophe theory and green mine theory,the evaluation process of catastrophe progression evaluation method is summarized.This paper analyzes the structure of domestic green mine evaluation system,and divides the existing evaluation system into two categories: one is the macro multi angle evaluation system with the development level of eachmine as the index,and the other is the local targeted evaluation system aiming at the development level of single mine.(3)Based on catastrophe progression evaluation method,a set of green mine environmental degree evaluation index system is constructed.In the system,the mine environmental degree is taken as the target layer,and the environmental problems affecting the environmental level are taken as the index layer to evaluate the environmental development level of green mines.Through the actual situation of the mine,the data is put into the evaluation system,and the final conclusion is that the environmental degree of the mine conforms to the results of the latest environmental report,which proves the feasibility of the green mine environmental degree evaluation index system based on catastrophe progression method.
