| Chemical safety has always been the focus of social attention.Especially with the development of large-scale and centralized chemical park,domino accidents become more and more frequent.Typical domino accidents,such as the explosion of Jiangsu Chemical Enterprise and the explosion of Zhangjiakou,have resulted in significant casualties and property damage.This has had great negative impacts on society.Based on this background,in order to avoid the occurrence of domino accident and reduce the risk of domino accident,it is necessary to carry out research on risk assessment method and engineering application in chemical park.At present,most risk assessment methods only focus on accident and take life risk of people as evaluation index,which still needs to be further studied.The main work and research results of this paper are as follows:(1)According to the characteristics of chemical industry park,two hazard identification methods of hazardous chemicals and process equipment are considered at the same time.In order to establish a more complete risk assessment system,economic risk assessment is added to the identification method of major hazard sources of process equipment and poisoning accident is added to the construction of initial accident scenario.(2)Based on the latest research results of accident models at home and abroad,some calculation formulas of current recommended standards are supplemented.Considering the occurrence characteristics of domino accidents,a Petri network model which is more suitable for describing asynchronous and concurrent events is constructed to improve the dynamics of the system.(3)Consideration of rescue factors has been added in the evaluation indexes mainly based on life risk of personnel.To improve the dynamic performance of rescue factors in the process of accident rescue by studying unmanned aerial vehicle monitoring technology.The results show that it is feasible to apply the fire temperature monitoring method with spline interpolation model in the risk assessment field of chemical park,and the calculation accuracy of the model is between 80% and 93%. |
