Environmental gas monitoring is an important component in the field of environmental monitoring.The traditional monitoring means mainly uses the monitoring station to carry out gas monitoring and obtain long-term monitoring data of large area.In view of the sudden occurrence of sudden pollution in recent years,the traditional detection method is difficult to meet the needs of emergency monitoring,in different dimensions of the rapid detection of gas for qualitative judgments of pollution and diffusion trend is of great significance.The paper uses the UAV platform to carry the portable gas detector to realize the rapid detection of the gas and avoid the damage to the toxic environment.The independent remote control device is designed to control the detector.The gas detection load device is equipped with a detector,End remote control detector for gas precision detection.Get the gas concentration and position information of the test point.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Monitoring system remote control program design.SO2 gas concentration information is one of the important indicators of environmental monitoring,paper for SO2 gas for UAV gas monitoring system remote control research.The program design includes remote control platform design and remote control device design.The platform scheme analyzes the characteristics of the fixed-wing and multi-rotor unmanned aerial vehicles,combined with the operation requirements of the gas detection for the detector,selects the multi-rotor unmanned aerial vehicle as the UAV platform,and designs the gas detection load carrying device.Remote control device for portable SO2 gas detector for its key part of the transformation,lead out the control signal line,control the signal source through the program after the selection of independent design of the remote control device,the preparation of control procedures to achieve the purpose of control,program design to increase the feedback signal enhancement Communication stability.(2)Remote control platform design.The platform design includes multi-rotor unmanned aerial vehicle platform construction and gas detection loader design.Multi-rotor unmanned aerial vehicle platform,including UAV components,including the selection of components,unmanned aerial equipment assembly and flight testing.The gas detection load-bearing device includes three-dimensional model design,material selection and static analysis of the load-bearing device.(3)Remote control device hardware design.Including hardware circuit design and PCB board design.Remote control device is divided into transmitter and receiver,circuit design,including wireless chip selection,the design of the module circuit and component selection.PCB circuit board design,including component packaging options,PCB board layout and PCB proofing production.(4)Remote control device software design.The control device comprises a control signal transmitting end and a receiving end,each having a separate control chip and a separate control program.In addition to the common wireless chip control program,the sender program also includes display control and key control procedures.The receiver program also includes a signal output program.The wireless communication between the transmitting end and the receiving end includes the transmission of the feedback signal in addition to the transmission control instruction.(5)Remote control test and unmanned aerial vehicle carrying test.Based on the remote control platform and remote control device for control testing.The communication distance is570m,and the SO2 gas concentration data of different height are obtained by airborne test.The GPS information and height information of the detection point are obtained by combining the UAV platform.Test and test shows that the remote control device control effect is stable and reliable.
