| Mountain flood disaster refers to the flood caused by short-term heavy rainfall in hilly areas and the comprehensive natural disaster caused by debris flow, collapse and landslide caused by flood chain reaction.Mountain torrents are recognized as one of the most harmful natural disasters in the world. They are sudden, concentrated, destructive and frequent. They often cause casualties and economic losses. In light cases, they destroy buildings, farmland and bridges, and in serious cases, they lead to the collapse of reservoirs and ponds.Jiangxi Province is one of the provinces with serious impact of mountain torrents in China.Mountain torrents of different sizes occur every year, which brings heavy trauma to the affected people and has a serious impact on society, economy and even building a well-off society in an all-round way.It has become one of the most prominent disaster problems in Jiangxi Province. Therefore,it is of great significance to analyze the temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of mountain torrents in Jiangxi Province, clarify the genetic mechanism of mountain torrents, and accurately evaluate the disaster risk for guiding disaster prevention and reduction and strengthening emergency management.Relying on the scientific and technological topics of Jiangxi Provincial Department of water resources,"temporal and spatial distribution law and analysis and evaluation of mountain flood disasters in Jiangxi Province" and "investigation and evaluation of mountain flood disasters in Jiangxi Province",this paper mainly carried out the following research:(1)analyzed the spatial distribution characteristics of mountain flood disasters in Jiangxi Province, and found out the main driving factors of the spatial distribution of mountain flood disasters. The investigation report of mountain flood disasters in Jiangxi Province from 2010 to 2020 is sorted out,and the historical mountain flood disaster data from 1950 to 2020 are integrated and summarized. The spatial analysis method is used to study the temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of mountain torrents in Jiangxi Province;Using the geographic detector tool to explore the driving effect of driving factors such as rainfall, geographical environment and human activities on the spatial distribution of mountain torrents in Jiangxi Province.Jiangxi Province is divided into eight regions, and the main driving factors of each region are analyzed.Combined with typical small watersheds, the temporal and spatial distribution of mountain torrents is studied by subdividing driving factors through tools such as geographic detectors, which further verifies the applicability of the analysis method in small watersheds.(2)The mountain flood risk assessment model based on the comprehensive index method is established, and the mountain flood risk zoning map of Jiangxi Province is drawn.Using GIS spatial data processing and spatial analysis technology, the index research and comprehensive analysis are carried out from three aspects: the risk of disaster causing factors, the sensitivity of disaster pregnant environment and the vulnerability of bearing body. The mountain flood disaster risk assessment model based on comprehensive index method is established. The comprehensive weight of each index is calculated by analytic hierarchy process, and the risk index of each grid unit in the study area is obtained. The mountain flood disaster risk of the whole province is evaluated, and the mountain flood risk zoning map of Jiangxi Province is drawn. |
