Mountain torrent disasters frequently happen in Fushun,because this region has the special geographic position.Since the foundation of new China,the recorded especially big flood times could reach 10 times.In this paper,12 automatic monitoring stations of early warning for mountain torrents completed in the end of 2016 are involved.In the construction,representative of automatic monitoring stations is fully considered,thus automatic monitoring stations are constructed in the prevention areas of mountain torrents.In order to ensure completeness of equipment,automatic precipitation stations are constructed in villages.Automatic gauging stations are built on bridges.This paper analyzes collection and transmission modes relating to water level value and rainfall values of monitoring stations for mountain torrents.Furthermore,the transmission modes of data are improved.Uploading data of GSM messages are changed into uploading data of GPRS’s public network IP.In this way,data transmission speed will be improved.In addition,the author in this paper also analyzes advantages and disadvantages of uploading modes between self-reported data and inquiry documents.Rational utilization of these two report modes is good for improving data uploading efficiency.Considering GSM/GPRs has the limitation of geographic position,the author will further study the possibility of using Beidou Satellite for data transmission.This paper studies the networking technology of transmission channels,regards H3 C MSR30-20 as the core router,and utilizes NAT and PAPT technology to realize address resolution and web port address resolution between internal and external networks.MSR30-20 router and RTU equipment construction network and use internet technology of rainfall values and water level values to transport to early warning database of mountain torrents in Fushun.Then,water regimen exchange system is used to share information of mountain torrents’ automatic monitoring stations with Fushun hydrometric stations’ information managed by Fushun hydrology sub-branch.Also,Interchanger S5120 is used to divide 6 special railway lines to enter into the optical transmitter and receiver ZXVTN6200,which can transfer electrical signals into optical signals.Optical fibers are used to construct communication with flood-control headquarters department in each district,which can visit the early warning system information publication platform of mountain torrents through internal network.
