The popularity of online shopping has led to the development of fruit canned logistics industry,and the firmness of canned foam box packaging plays a vital role in the process of logistics and transportation.At present,most of the existing packaging machines in the market can only be packaged in a word,and the stability is poor.In the process of transportation,the sealing is easy to be damaged.And most of these packaging machines can only be packaged for a type of foam box,which cannot realize the multi-purpose function of one machine.Therefore,the design of efficient,automatic and cross packaging foam box packaging machinery is of great significance to the development of fruit canned logistics industry.In view of the above problems,based on the analysis and summary of the existing packaging machines,this paper conducts in-depth discussion on the structure of the packaging machine,optimizes the main structure,and develops the packaging machine that can realize cross packaging and automatic adjustment,so as to improve the performance of the packaging machine.The main research contents and results of this paper are summarized as follows :(1)The optimal design scheme of packaging machine is proposed.The sprocket transmission mechanism,push plate guide mechanism and sides sealing mechanism are optimized respectively,and the parameters and motor model of sprocket drum,push rod motor parameters,type and movement model of infrared rangefinder are determined to ensure the rationality of follow-up research.(2)The static simulation analysis of the transverse fixing plate and transverse screw rod of the sides sealing mechanism is carried out by ANSYS software.The finite element model of transverse fixed plate and transverse screw rod is established and imported into ANSYS.The static simulation is carried out by adding constraints and loads corresponding to the actual force.The stress diagram,strain diagram and displacement deformation diagram of the component are obtained.Verify whether the strength and stiffness of the transverse fixing plate and transverse screw can meet the working performance of the machine and ensure the normal operation of the machine.(3)The kinematics simulation analysis of the movement parts and screw parts of the sides sealing mechanism is carried out by ADAMS software.The simulation model of the movement components in the box sealing mechanism on both sides is established,and its kinematics simulation is carried out.The position of the front and rear box sealing wheels of the movement in different periods and the displacement of the center of mass are analyzed to verify the rationality of the movement design.The kinematic simulation model of the sealing mechanism on both sides is established,the kinematic simulation is carried out,the acceleration change of the parts of the mechanism is analyzed,and the working stability of the sealing mechanism on both sides is verified.(4)The foam box packaging machine for canned fruits was trial manufactured and tested.During the trial-produced process,it was found that the machine was insufficient and improved,and the test was carried out.The test results showed that the packaging function adjusted the height of the upper and lower sealing mechanism and the width of the two sides of the sealing mechanism according to different sizes of the foam box.The foam box was packaged,and the initial end and end of the tape could be pressed together.When the box width is in the range of 140 ~ 350 mm,cross sealing can be completed.The packaging rate of the improved machine is 99.4%,the average sealing speed is 26.8cases per minute,the average qualified rate of sealing quality is 99.1%,the packaging rate is increased by 1.5 %,the sealing speed is increased by 21.8 %,and the qualified rate of sealing quality is increased by 7.7%,which meets the requirements of machine performance design.
