Flour is the most common and the most demanding food in daily life.With the rapid development of economy,labor and time are becoming more and more precious,and it is urgent to seek a new automatic packaging technology of flour for more labor and time.The design,optimization and control of the automation system by computer CAD and CAE technology is a new design theory,which can greatly improve the production efficiency and market competitiveness.At the present stage,our country is still in the dominant position in the field of packaging technology,such as manual and semi automated packaging,the labor intensity is large,the working environment is poor,the production efficiency is low,and the labor cost is high.Based on the analysis of the current flour packaging technology experience and the existing problems on the basis,aiming at the problem of traditional semi automated packaging machinery packing bag easy adhesion,bagging loose powder leakage solution is put forward,using the UG design software,studies a new bag and bagging manipulator;modal analysis for ANSYS software bag based on the system,verified the system feasibility.The function and control method can be realized according to the flour automatic packaging machine mechanical components and the mechanism of the application of mechanical design,CAD UG 2D and 3D drawing software,ANSYS analysis and PLC control principle and software design for bags,bagging machine hand.Among them,the virtual prototype system is built based on UG software,analyzed the system structure rationality;Bagging on complex modal analysis using ANSYS software,the analysis verified that the model is reliable and feasible;PLC control basic principle to establish the actuator cylinder and vacuum suction pneumatic system and control system based on provides a reliable basis for the mechanical structure and system operation feasibility.In order to improve the working environment,improve the packaging efficiency,reduce the cost and optimize the system performance.
