In daily life,bottle caps are widely used,and most of them have requirements on tightness.Among them,edible oil caps not only have strict requirements on tightness,but also have a specified range for the pulling force of the bottle cap.Aiming at the detection problem of edible oil bottle caps,this paper designs a new type of leak detection ring detection equipment for bottle cap detection.Afterwards,the research is mainly carried out from three aspects: the whole machine design of the leak detection ring puller,the three-dimensional design and theoretical analysis of key components,and the prototype manufacturing and installation test.The specific research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The detection principle of bottle caps is studied,the existing related tooling,the design concepts of domestic and foreign packaging machinery and the overall structural design are integrated,and the design and analysis of the leak detection ring puller is carried out.The component conducts specific research and analysis,standardizes the detection module,and designs a three-dimensional model of the leak detection component.(2)The key components of the equipment are designed and analyzed,the rectangular coordinate robot.is determined as the handling component,the model selection and structure analysis of the guide rail and ball screw in the linear module are carried out,and the overall installation plan is designed.Knowing the size,the overall frame was designed.Subsequently,the module connector of the leak detection ring puller was specifically designed,the assembly plan was confirmed,and the force analysis and strength and deflection check calculation of the module connector were carried out,and the ANSYS software was used to carry out the calculation.analyze.The theoretical research on the force analysis of the pull ring assembly is carried out,and the applicable angle range of the leak detection assembly is calculated according to different aspects,and then the fixed angle is determined according to the applicable range,and Adams dynamic simulation is carried out on it to further determine the applicable angle of the machine.(3)Through the analysis of the feasibility of the virtual prototype,the prototype equipment of the leak detection ring puller is developed.The bottle cap detection test was carried out on the leak detection ring puller,and five hundred bottle caps with known test results were randomly tested.Feasibility of a leak testing ring puller prototype.And the detection module of the equipment is highly standardized,which can meet the requirements of one machine for multiple purposes.
