Based on the project of "research on the decoupling of the non-Cartesian coordinate measuring system for complex parts reverse modeling(20140101077JC)" supported by the Jilin Provincial Department of science and technology,this paper is devoted to solving the decoupling problem of the non-Cartesian coordinate measuring system.The non-Cartesian coordinate measuring machine has many advantages,such as high precision,high rigidity and so on,and as an important supplement to the traditional Cartesian coordinate measuring machine.After obtaining the measurement data,First of all,it is necessary to correct the error,and then transformed into the measurement data in the Cartesian coordinate system(standardization of measurement data).The process of error correction and standardization of measurement data,that is to say,its non-Cartesian coordinate measuring system is decoupled.Therefore,the decoupling of non-Cartesian coordinate measuring system has become the key to realize high accuracy measurement of non-Cartesian coordinate measuring machine.In view of this,this paper proposes a "the decoupling algorithm of non-Cartesian coordinate based on the characteristic points of ring gauge".The research object of this paper is the gear laser non-Cartesian coordinate measurement system developed by laboratory.Firstly,the multi-body topology analysis of gear laser scanning measurement system developed by laboratory is carried out and the error model is established.Then,according to this error model,"the decoupling algorithm of non-Cartesian coordinate based on the characteristic points of ring gauge" is deduced.Finally,the decoupling algorithm of non-Cartesian coordinate is verified by the simulation and actual measurement experiment and the MATLAB simulation software.The simulation and experimental results show that the measurement accuracy of the gear laser non-Cartesian coordinate measurement system can be less than 5um after decoupling by the decoupling algorithm of non-Cartesian coordinate.Then,the effectiveness of the decoupling algorithm is verified and it has high decoupling accuracy.
