| Olefin metathesis catalysts are one of the most focused research areas in the 21 st century.In this paper,the catalytic hydrogenation and performance of olefin metathesis catalysts for nitrile butadiene rubber latex(NBRL)were investigated.In addition,for the first time,hydrogen storage materials are directly introduced into nitrile latex as a hydrogen source for selective hydrogenation,which is of great significance for the new application of hydrogen storage materials.The main research contents are as follows:1.The olefin metathesis catalyst was introduced into the hydrogenation system of nitrile latex,and catalyst concentration,reaction time and reaction temperature on the hydrogenation activity were studied.The mechanical properties,thermal properties and aging resistance of HNBR latex and its vulcanizate were studied by DSC,TGA,equilibrium swelling method,etc.,and compared with the solution method HNBR rubber.The results show that the heat resistance,mechanical properties and aging resistance of the hydrogenated nitrile rubber prepared by the emulsion method are comparable to those of the hydrogenated nitrile rubber prepared by the solution method.2.Use new hydrogen storage materials to replace traditional hydrogen,and study the effects of different types of compounds such as alcohols,formic acid and its derivatives,and ammonia borane compounds on the hydrogenation of NBR latex.Hydrogenation products were characterized by hydrogen NMR and infrared spectroscopy,and the reasons for the different hydrogenation effects of different systems were analyzed.The effects of catalyst concentration,reaction time,reaction temperature and type of hydrogen donor on hydrogenation activity were studied.The heat resistance of HNBR latex was characterized by DSC,TGA,etc.The results showed that the product of hydrogenation of NBR latex with hydrogen storage material as hydrogen donor had better heat resistance. |
