| Subway is an important means of transportation for passengers to provide fast travel services,and also an important means to relieve urban congestion.At present,China’s metro system is generally managed by the operation enterprises,and because of the many professions involved and the complexity of the system,the problems faced by metro operation safety have the characteristics of multi-source,closed and superimposed,and with the advancement of urbanization,the factors affecting operation safety are also increasing,which makes the operation enterprises face huge risks and challenges,and poses a certain threat to the orderly operation of the city.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct an in-depth study on the operational safety of metro,to find the appropriate research methods,to effectively identify the problems in metro operational safety,and to conduct targeted research and develop countermeasure strategies.This paper selects this company as the research object and summarizes the main factors affecting the operational safety of the company from five aspects: personnel,equipment and facilities,environment,management and technology,based on the literature review.Ltd.management and ordinary front-line workers were interviewed,the research data were categorized and organized,and the current situation and problems in the five aspects of personnel,equipment and facilities,environment,management and technical prevention of Beijing Metro were analyzed in detail.The cause and effect analysis method and the nine-window lattice analysis method were used to analyze the reasons behind the problems and to formulate targeted countermeasure strategies,which provide a reference for decision-making to ensure the safety of Beijing metro operation and promote the improvement of metro operation safety management. |
