| Industrial electronic detonators,as the replacement products of the detonating equipment in China,are rejected to detonate and lost in small-section blasting,which not only affects the overall effect of blasting operation and construction progress,but also poses serious safety risks and threatens the personal safety of operators.Through the detection and analysis of the detonator rejection,researchers found that its physical structure was damaged to lead to the misfire of detonation,but there was no research report on the phenomenon of misfire of detonation(temporary failure misfire)caused by normal performance detection and secondary ignition.Currently,it is generally accepted that the reason is caused by the explosive impact of the electronic detonator in the post-detonation hole caused by the detonation of the first hole.In this paper,the impact test of electronic detonator in water medium is carried out.Based on the propagation theory of underwater explosion shock wave and combined with the underwater explosion shock wave testing system,and the quantitative relationship between the damage characteristics of electronic detonator and impact strength was established,investigating the cause of temporary failure misfire of electronic detonators.Through the steel barrel impact test,the impact resistance performance of electronic control module and its internal core components is studied qualitatively,and the cause of shock loss of electronic control module is analyzed.Finally,the concrete test block model and sand medium are used to simulate the impact of electronic detonators under actual working conditions,and the underwater impact results are verified.Research shows that:(1)With the increase of the impact intensity,the electronic detonator in the initiation network is affected by the impact,which is manifested as detonator temporary failure misfire,electronic igniter structure damage misfire and sympathetic detonation,and the damage degree of products with different types varies greatly.(2)In this experiment,the calculation formula of peak pressure of blast wave of the main propellant pack is:Pm=48.99(Q1/3/R)1.45;The impact rejection strength of sample A and the impact damage strength of electronic control module are Pm=100.74~123.97MPa and Pm=181.36~250.65MPa respectively.The Pm of sample B is 54.21~66.38MPa.A sample electronic control module shock loss strength Pm=36.87~66.38MPa.(3)By measuring the internal initiation voltage and the ignition voltage of gunpowder ignition when the electronic control module is impacted,it is found out for the first time that the temporary failure of the electronic detonator in engineering is caused by the failure of the electronic control module under impact,which leads to the insufficient ignition energy of the detonator ignition head.Through the steel barrel impact experiment,it is revealed that the impact loss of electronic control module is caused by the impact loss of internal energy storage capacitor.(4)It is the inherent characteristic of capacitor for electronic detonator to lose power when it is impacted.The impact loss strength is solid aluminum electrolytic capacitor>electrolytic aluminum capacitor>solid tantalum capacitor.Capacitor impact loss is related to capacitor type,impact strength,charging voltage and protection measures.In particular,the capacitor is affected by multiple shocks and the loss of power has a superposition effect.(5)The experimental device and test method designed by the research work can be used to test the impact resistance of electronic detonator products,electronic control module,energy storage capacitor and other key components in production practice,laying a foundation for the establishment of the standard of the electronic detonator impact resistance test method. |
