| This paper analyzes the current development status of the industrial detonator deeply,and point out that the low degree of automation of the current industrial detonator assemble technology,production safety and reliability is not high,however,the industrial detonator occupy more important position in the industry of explosive in our country,It has a relatively large demand in blasting engineering,blasting civilian,blasting military and other aspects of industrial blasting,so we need to improve the production technology and production safety.This paper constructs a security mode conversion system of multiple industrial detonator,It is based on existing industrial detonator assembly process that required to extract the industrial detonator from wooden mold.Its function is to achieve between extracted industrial detonator to automatic assembly.This industrial detonator mode conversion system structure based on a theory of modular design,the whole structure is divided into five modules and analysis,First,its to make elaborate of the concept of modularity and to analyze the structure of each module,explain the structure’s design concept and working principle,Second,contrapose the existing industrial detonator designed for automated assembly line,to contrast in operation mode,productivity,production safety and cost of production,analysis the advantages and disadvantages of the two structures,next,is to analysis the phenomenon of creeping in mode conversion system,And lists the equations of energy and motion of the cylinder,come to the conclusion that the cylinder of movement can effect the industrial detonator’s production,Finally,through experiment to prove the security of detonator transport,The mode conversion system to achieve the purpose of single-station extraction fifty detonators,Change the existing of extraction methods that once extracted ten detonator,every time need one unit to extract,a production line requires five units,This method not only in favour of improve production efficiency and reduce production costs,But also conducive to the enterprise flexibility to choose the desired unit of work according. |
