Based on choosing the flame-cooling agent, formula for the mixed mine permitted explosive and the preparation condition, this article develops a new type of mixed explosives RDX. Based on the press of the mixed explosive detonators, this paper studies the nature of the explosive itself and the detonators'pressing conditions which affect detonator initiating power and the anti-firedamp properties. The article develops a new RDX explosive mixture whose power and fire flame effect can comform with the mine detonator. The three formula developed are:RDX 85±0.5%, flame-cooling agent 5±0.1%, paraffin 10±0.5%; RDX 85±0.5%, flame-cooling agent 7±0.5%, paraffin 8±0.5%; RDX82±0.5%, flame-cooling agent 9±0.5%, paraffin and high polymer 9±0.5%.Finally, this paper gives a method of mixed explosive analysis with an accurate effect to test the content of each component.First of all, researches the flame agents of some mine permitted detonators used by manufacturers, selects the inert salt SAN as flame-cooling agent characterized by its chemical stability, non-moisture absorption, and large surface area.Secondly, the article chooses the aqueous suspension granulation method to prepare new RDX mixed explosives, uses the SAN as flame-cooling agent, and selects the paraffin as deterrent, high polymer (CZ) as binder, RDX as the explosive components. In the different feed ratio range, mixed explosives were prepared formula. According to the experimental results, we know that when only using the paraffin as the deterrent and the binder, flash-cooling agent feed ratio can not exceed 8%; when the high polymer exists, flame-cooling agent feed ratio can exceed 10%.Thirdly, this research tests the mechanical sensitivity of the three better coated formulations, and the test results show that the mechanical sensitivity of the three formulations is close to the nitramine. When pressing the detonators with the right conditions, mixed explosive detonators meet the relevant requirements of the initiating power and anti-firedamp asked in the "GB8031".Finally, this research developes a method using the extraction principle to determine the content of the components in the three formulations, forms an analysis method which fits to the mixed explosive components in this research. The error analysis of the test results shows that the measurement accuracy of the method can satisfy the criterion requirements.
