| Green development is one of China’s five development concepts and has become a key strategy for China.The western region is one of the key areas "Belt and Road" regions.The establishment of a green development index system,study and analyze its dynamic change trend and differences in time and space,and to explore its influencing factors in the western region is of some importance.This paper takes the 2011-2019 data of 11 provinces in western China(Tibet is not included in the study sample due to data lack)as a sample to study the green development in the western region.Firstly,combined with the classical green development index system,this paper constructs the green development index system of the western region from the perspective of green culture,and comprehensively assess the green development level and composition index of the western region and internal parts by using the entropy weight TOPSIS method.Secondly,the variation coefficient method and the Theil index method are used to explore the differential evolution trend of green development degree,and the green development level and composition index of each province in the western region are graded by using the equal interval method to explore the spatial dynamic changes,and the Global Moran’s I is used to judge the spatial correlation of green development in the western region to reveal the green development law of the western region.On the basis of the above,this paper also diagnoses the obstacle factors of the green development indicators in the western region.At the same time,the spatial econometric method is used to study the factors influencing the development of greenery in the western region,and the relevant strategic suggestions are output.The main conclusions of this article are:(1)In terms of the level of green development,from 2011 to 2019,the level of green development in the western region as a whole showed an upward trend and showed a good trend,but the average level was between 0.2-0.4,and it was still at a low level as a whole.The coefficient of variation decreased from 0.1585 in 2011 to 0.1147 in 2019,the ratio of the highest to lowest in the region decreased from 1.63:1 to 1.39:1,and the green development gap between the western region and the various provinces is gradually widening.(2)On the whole,in terms of time,the highest level of green development is in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.In terms of space,apart from the level of resource usage,the other dimensions of the level in these years as a whole showed to move towards a high level of area,of which the formation of "north-south pattern grading obvious" has the level of resource utilization,environmental governance,green living standards and green culture level,the rest are characterized by "dispersion,disorder and imbalance".The level of green development of the western region has an obvious spatial correlation.(3)There are mainly 16 kinds of obstacle factors in the level of green development in the western region,and the frequency of each obstacle factor is different.In the direction and degree of influence on the green development of the western region,the influencing factors are also different. |
