A Research On The Application Of Blockchain In Supply Chain Finance ABS

In recent years,supply chain finance,which can settle the financing issues of small and medium-sized enterprises,has developed quickly.The supply chain finance ABS carried out on this basis is more valid in settling the matter of expensive financing for small and medium-sized enterprises.However,during the growth of supply chain finance ABS,drawbacks have gradually emerged: First,there are many participants and the process is cumbersome;second,manual disclosure of a large amount of information is inefficient and prone to the risk of information asymmetry;third,supervision is difficult.The distributed ledger of the blockchain can rely on empowering the relevant parties to connect them to realize data sharing and collaborative management,thereby improving information transparency and disclosure efficiency,thereby reducing the risk of information asymmetry and the difficulty of supervision.In addition,blockchain can use smart contract technology to transform various transaction contracts into digital contracts,intelligently manage projects and simplify processes.This article research the application of blockchain technology in supply chain financial ABS through the actual case of "Ouyeel Blockchain No.1".The leading enterprise in this case is China Baowu Group,which is the largest steel group in my country with a super-long industrial chain.Under the background of the current reduction of overcapacity and environmental protection policies,for the healthy development of itself and its enterprises in the industrial chain,it has carried out the utilization of blockchain technology in supply chain financial ABS.This paper first introduces the basic situation of the case,focusing on the basic assets and various participants of the special plan,and then through the case studies the motivation,mode,solved matters and existing troubles of the utilization of blockchain technology in supply chain finance ABS.Then,it further dissects the cost and benefit of using blockchain technology in this case.and finally summarizes the merits and demerits of utilizing blockchain technology in supply chain finance ABS,Corresponding suggestions are given from the perspective of technology and supervision to promote the healthy progress of blockchain technology in the domain of supply chain finance ABS.This paper draws conclusions through studying the case of "Ouyeel Blockchain No.1" : First,blockchain technology effectively solves the problem of opacity of basic assets in traditional supply chain financial ABS,and reduces the risks and supervision problems caused by information asymmetry of basic assets,but the application of blockchain technology in this case also not maximized,All participants are not given alliance chain nodes,so that the entire project management process does not achieve intelligent management.Second,combined with the cost and benefit analysis of blockchain technology in this case,it is found that the benefits are mainly reflected in the ability to reduce the cost and time cost of asset securitization,availably dispose of the financing troubles of small and medium-sized enterprises at the end of the supply chain,and reduce the financial expenses of core enterprises,and improve its solvency and financing capacity.The cost is reflected in various technologies,risks and regulations.The cost cannot be quantified at present,so the specific economic effect is not clear.However,it is believed that after the development of blockchain technology and the improvement of relevant laws and regulations in the future,blockchain technology will become more and more popular.Under the condition that the unit cost remains unchanged and the income increases,the scale effect will bring huge economic benefits.
