Design Application Research And Innovative Practice Of National Elements In Modern Chinese Clothing

The culture of Chinese traditional clothing is relatively long,which is also the treasure of Chinese national culture.Traditional clothing culture is the most intuitive presentation of Chinese traditional culture with two sides of exquisite workmanship and artistic beauty with aesthetic attribute outside and core culture idea inside.In recent years,as coming of excellent traditional culture,Chinese clothing,innovatively designed by traditional clothing as its inspiration,is flourishing with an unprecedented trend,well adopted by public,and attract a big mount of young consumers.The combination of traditional clothing and modern design can expand the diversified,aesthetic,and open developed space of Chinese clothing.Modern Chinese clothing not only should reflect national characteristics,but also should externalize innovative design achievements with the concept core of unique national culture.This paper has picked Chinese traditional visual elements accord with modern cultural spirit and aesthetic needs to analyze performance in aspects such as structural modeling,color configuration,fabric selection and process accessories of national elements in modern Chinese clothing design,and extract rule of innovation design and fusion application in modern Chinese clothing.The focus of this paper is analysis and research of Heaven Gaia,the Chinese women’s clothing brand.Covering the aspects of brand culture,core value and design concept of product,the product line of Heaven Gaia is analyzed comprehensively based on different create aspects such as fabric,color,technology,modeling and pattern design to establish observation,and explores and summarizes the innovative design law of traditional clothing elements in Chinese clothing in combination with the high-grade ready-made clothing Chinese clothing series of brand Heaven Gaia.Heaven Gaia has a certain representativeness in modern Chinese clothing brands,and its outstanding highlights the successful cases of the combination of traditional clothing elements and modern clothing design.Additionally,focusing on the dimensions of brand concept,cultural value and traditional cultural innovation,this paper has discussed the future development possibility of the integration of traditional clothing elements into modern clothing design.Finally,based on the research on the innovative application of traditional clothing,combined with the fashion trend,the clothing design practice is carried out.Drawn lessons from the design concept of Heaven Gaia,that is "following the way of nature,making the beauty of life and spiritual wisdom integrated into design invisibly ",the design series clothing accessories has applied the innovative method of fusion of tradition and fashion to the design and production of series clothing accessories.
