Sublance testing is very important to the process of automatic steelmaking,it is an absolutely necessary single-step in automatic control for converter steelmaking,meanwhile,it’s detection efficiency will directly affects the efficiency and quality of steelmaking.This paper takes the sublance reform of the fifth total steelmaking plant of An-steel as the research object,simply explicates the theory of automatic control for converter steelmaking,understands the specific function of sublance in steelmaking,meanwhile,aims at the problem of lowering /hoisting process of the sublance : the stability of the equipment of sublance can not meet the requirement of the automatic control for converter.Based on the principle of fuzzy control,this paper designs automatic control system.This control system tightly integrates the running status of sublance and convering time.using the difference of convering time,it will adjust the running status of sublance,and adjust the use of sublance equipment to the best state.According to practice,the reformatory sublance will meet all the requirement of automatic steelmaking(it will test all the data which is useful to the automatic steelmaking,it’s testing time will also meet the requirement of automatic steelmaking).And the equipment’s service life will be adjusted to the best state,achieving a win-win effect.According to the working characteristics of sublance system,this paper finally gives the sublance system automation.It uses the HMI monitor display which is exploited by SIMATIC WINCC of Simens,running on Windows XP or WIN7.The research results have good prospect of promotion and application value.It doesn’t only apply to the metallurgical industry,while it has important reference value for the introduction of automation and information technology to reform the traditional process enterprise.
