| The hot rolling process is a key process in the steel production process.As one of the key technologies for transforming and upgrading traditional factories to smart factories,Digital Hygiene has attracted the attention of relevant academic circles and industry at home and abroad.This paper aims at designing and developing digital heating system based on AR hot rolling process.Through production process simulation and analysis,it helps to optimize the production scheduling scheme,diagnose equipment failures in the production process,provide timely warning,provide maintenance guidance,and improve The degree of visualization of the hot rolling process production process ultimately achieves the goal of improving the quality of steel products,improving equipment utilization,and improving the competitiveness of steel companies.The main work of this paper is as follows:1)The functional design and system architecture scheme of the digital twinning system in the hot rolling process is proposed.Based on the analysis of existing literature and on-site investigation,the idea of digital hygienics is proposed from the model tool module,simulation analysis tool module and data interface module of digital twinning system.The actual needs of production management,and the analysis and research of the problem,combed the functional requirements of the digital hygiene system.According to the functional analysis of the system,and combined with the actual situation of the production line,the overall architecture of the system and the digital twin system architecture were designed.2)Based on the functional design and system architecture of the digital twinning system in the hot rolling process,the digital twin system is modularized.To meet functional requirements,the digital hygiene system includes factory modeling functions,data visualization functions,data retrieval analysis functions,data statistics functions,fault diagnosis and maintenance guidance functions.In the construction of the visual model of the hot-rolled digital twinning production line,the 3D Max and Unity3D methods are used for design and development.In order to improve the immersion and information perception of the system,AR technology is used to construct the AR system for the hot rolling process.3)Based on the decision tree model,the fault diagnosis and maintenance guidance of the heating furnace is realized.In this paper,the decision tree CART algorithm is introduced into the fault diagnosis of the heating furnace.The classification accuracy of the data set is evaluated by 10 times and 10 fold cross-validation method.The average diagnostic accuracy rate is 98.89%.The CART with the highest diagnostic accuracy rate is selected in 10 times of 10-fold cross-validation.As the final fault diagnosis model,the tree model predicts another 500 sets of test data,and the diagnostic accuracy rate is 99.20%.The decision tree model has good effect on the fault diagnosis prediction of the heating furnace.The simulation verifies the digital twin system in this paper.Application effect of equipment fault diagnosis and early warning under the framework.4)Some functions and verification studies of the digital twin system are carried out.The simulation results show the feasibility of the AR-based visual modeling technology,the correctness and reliability of the model and simulation system.In this paper,the simulation experiment of the hot rolling process is carried out.The results show that the digital twinning system can achieve the goal of visual simulation and simulation of the actual production process,which has good guiding significance,research significance and application value. |
