"Made in China 2025" clearly points out that the manufacturing industry is the main body of the national economy,and fields such as CNC machine tools are the focus of the development of China’s manufacturing industry.Cultivating high-quality CNC technology professionals is the cornerstone of further promoting the development of CNC professionalism.How to improve the teaching quality of "CNC Programming" through effective course teaching reform is the key to realize the development of talents.Since the 21st century,with its unique advantages and vitality,project teaching has become one of the main teaching modes to leverage the reform of vocational education teaching.However,due to the high degree of comprehensiveness and difficulty of the project,it is mainly used in higher vocational education,and it is difficult to be applied to the teaching of secondary vocational education courses in a normalized manner.Based on this,this study selects micro-project teaching with smaller content entry,greater flexibility,clearer problem orientation,and stronger operability as the research object.This paper explores the theoretical logic and practical path of micro-project teaching for secondary vocational course teaching through theoretical traceability,current situation investigation,model construction,practical application,and effect testing.First of all,based on literature research,this paper explores the origin,development,connotation characteristics and practical application of micro-project teaching,sorts out the relevant theories of micro-project teaching,and determines the overall research direction and ideas of this paper.Secondly,it investigates the teaching status of "CNC Programming" course in secondary vocational schools and the application of micro-project teaching,and analyzes the survey results to find out the current teaching problems of "CNC Programming" course in secondary vocational schools.Combined with the results of questionnaire analysis,secondary vocational students and the characteristics of "CNC Programming" course,the applicability of micro-project teaching in the teaching of "CNC Programming" course in secondary vocational schools is analyzed.Then,based on the above research,a micro-project teaching model suitable for the characteristics of secondary vocational students is constructed based on the existing project teaching model,which provides an implementation framework for the application of micro-project teaching.Finally,according to the micro-project teaching model constructed in this paper,the micro-project teaching plan of the secondary vocational "CNC Programming" course is designed,and a control experiment is carried out in the practice school.The effect of micro-project teaching was explored by using the comparative analysis of the pre-test scores and post-test scores of the students in the experimental class and the control class,the results of the questionnaire survey on the satisfaction of the students in the experimental class on the implementation of micro-project teaching,and the keyword word cloud analysis of micro-project implementation experience.The research results show that micro-project teaching conforms to the learning characteristics of secondary vocational students and is suitable for normalized teaching in secondary vocational schools;the micro-project teaching model constructed in this paper is practical and feasible,which is helpful to solve the problems existing in the teaching of "CNC Programming" in secondary vocational schools.Improve student achievement and professional quality,and achieve teaching goals.
