| As a pillar energy industry in China,with the gradual slowdown of coal consumption growth and demand in the whole society in recent years,coupled with China’s energy supply side reform and the policy impact on new energy development,the major changes faced by the energy industry have brought new challenges to the development of the coal industry.A coal group is a large state-owned coal enterprise,which has been in a leading position in the industry for many years.However,in the face of the changes in the development situation of the coal industry,the group also needs to analyze the internal and external environment,give full play to its own advantages,accelerate reform,innovation and development,and use effective strategies to promote the high-quality development of the enterprise.This paper uses the literature research method,field research method,case analysis method and comparative analysis method to study the development strategy of A coal group:firstly,it studies the development status of A coal group.Based on the basic development overview and business analysis of A coal group,it summarizes the business development problems of A coal group,single business structure The low competitiveness of coal chemical industry,poor comprehensive energy service capacity and slow development of new energy industry.Secondly,the external environment of A coal group is analyzed by pest and Porter’s five forces model to clarify the opportunities and threats faced by the development of the group.Thirdly,for the internal environment analysis of A coal group,using value chain model and VRIO model in benchmarking analysis,this paper summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the group,and further analyzes the disadvantages of A coal groupby benchmarking analysis.Finally,using the SWOT analysis method,this paper summarizes the internal and external environmental influencing factors of A coal group,constructs the growth strategy,defines the strategic objectives and implementation measures of A coal group,and believes that A coal group needs to strengthen technology and product innovation,sustainable development in the field of coal industry,improve the human resource system,increase investment in scientific and technological research and development,and improve the strategic risk management system.This paper deeply analyzes how group a faces the energy reform,seeks new opportunities and opens a new situation in the changing situation while maintaining its competitive advantage,defines the enterprise innovation and development objectives,ideas and paths,realizes the high-quality development of the enterprise,and provides some methods and ideas for the enterprises in the coal industry in the new period by formulating the enterprise development strategy in the new period,It also provides some cases and reference for the industry. |
