A Study On The Influence Of Urban Forest-type Restorative Environment On The Work Input Of Recreationalists

With the continuous upgrading and transformation of the social and economic structure,the requirements for the quality of talents are getting higher and higher,and the competition is intensifying,especially under the impact of the new crown epidemic,the employment situation in China has become more severe,and the resulting mental illness has become more prominent,and more and more experts at home and abroad will put the research perspective on the impact of the natural environment on human mental health and positive behavior.With the theme of restorative environment and the Yuelu Mountain Scenic Area in Changsha City,Hunan Province as a case study,this paper uses the literature method to consult domestic and foreign literature,and after expert guidance,the relevant measurement indicators suitable for the study of this paper are extracted.Under the guidance of the teacher and after the investigation,a new compound environment experience scale,positive emotion scale and work input scale are constructed,and the confidence analysis and validity analysis of the first-hand data obtained are analyzed by SPSS software;the related model of the complex environment experience is constructed,and the model correlation is verified by using AMOS software to adapt to the test and path analysis;the differences between groups in the process of workers’ recreation experience are discussed to understand the correlation between the dimensions of the compound environment experience on positive emotions and work input Understand the satisfaction of recreationalists with the Yuelu Mountain Scenic Area,so as to provide better suggestions for the management and development of the Yuelu Mountain Scenic Area.Therefore,this paper mainly has the following research conclusions:(1)Statistical analysis of the scale data found that most of the recreationalists believed that the restorative environmental experience had a positive impact on their emotions,and that their post-tour work attitude and work engagement behavior had a significant improvement.(2)The direct effect test in this paper shows that the four dimensions of the experience of the complex environment have a positive effect on positive emotions,the experience of distance in the complex environment has a significant positive impact on work investment,and the positive emotional perception of the restover also has a positive positive impact on the post-tour work investment.The indirect effect test shows that the indirect effect of positive emotions between the experience of the compound environment and the work input is significant,but the influence of positive emotions on work input by distance from sexual experience is partially realized through mediation,while the influence of consistent experience,coherence experience and charismatic experience on work input is completely realized through the mediation effect of positive emotions.(3)The overall impression of the Yuelu Mountain Scenic Area is better,the quality of the recreation experience is relatively satisfactory,most workers believe that the recreation activities here have a certain help to their physical and mental recovery,and they are also willing to revisit the Yuelu Mountain Scenic Area and recommend this recreation place to their relatives and friends.(4)In terms of the perception of the experience of the restorative environment,there are certain differences in different income groups,among which the recreationalists with a monthly income of 5000-10000 yuan and more than 10000 yuan have a stronger perception of the experience of the complex environment and work input;in terms of positive emotions,there is a certain difference in gender topics,male recreationists are more able to perceive positive emotions than female recreationrs;in terms of work input,there are certain differences in age,income and occupation,and middle-aged recreationalists are significantly higher than young tourists.High-income tourists are significantly higher than low-income tourists;in terms of occupation,professional technicians are much higher than other occupations.(5)Yuelu Mountain Scenic Area has a high concentration of Negative Air Ion and Plant Essence,is a natural oxygen bar,and recreationalists can fully perceive the pleasure when visiting here.For urban residents,breathing fresh air and carrying out appropriate outdoor sports activities in the Yuelu Mountain Scenic Area is very beneficial to physical and mental health.
