The tobacco industry plays an important role in the industrial structure of the national economy.As an important industry of the national economy,the contribution of the tobacco industry in the process of economic development cannot be ignored,especially in the fiscal and social and economic infrastructure.In tobacco companies,the employment ratio of production system equipment to its assets is large.Therefore,for tobacco companies,the guarantee of the production system in the process of operation and development is very important.The normal operation of the production system requires tobacco companies to perform well in the maintenance and protection of the system,especially in the management of spare parts.If too many spare parts are stocked,the storage cost and capital occupancy are high,which is unfavorable for management.On the contrary,if there are few spare parts in stock,the company is likely to suffer some loss due to the low spare parts reserve.How to scientifically determine spare parts storage capacity,ensure that local production demand can be met,and that inventory costs and capital consumption are reasonable is an urgent problem to be solved for tobacco companies.Based on the H-Group as a research object,this article analyzes and examines the current situation of the spare parts management and the production of the group.Starting from the group’s management mode,this paper analyzes the group’s standard institutionalization construction and inventory management in spare parts management.Integrate and analyze historical and current spare parts management data based on relevant theoretical insights and further improve the relevance of spare parts management methods based on the classification results of spare parts.By further improving the quality of spare parts management,help tobacco companies improve their management level,and help other manufacturing companies to make relevant spare parts management suggestions.The research object is the theoretical framework of the work and the research results of the group.As part of the research,the historical management data and the current management status are examined and,after clarifying the specific problems,the causes are further analyzed.During the investigation,it was found that the main problems existing in H Group’s spare parts management are: unscientific demand forecasting method,poor safety stock effect,and the spare parts classification management needs to be further improved.To solve these problems,the paper uses a variety of methods,including ABC classification method,to further optimize the spare parts classification management method,and constructs an evaluation index system consisting of multiple indicators,including procurement cycle,spare parts,unit cost,etc.,choose the change of lead time as a variable and constructs a model that can calculate safety stock.The test results are more scientific and reasonable than the traditional methods.Based on the analysis of historical consumption data,this post further discusses how to optimize safety stock and gives the appropriate optimization measures.The reorder point is calculated using the EOQ model based on safety stock.With the single exponential smoothing method,the spare parts requirement is predicted effectively and reliably.Through this research we can improve the level of spare parts management and provide necessary bases and references for spare parts management.By integrating and analyzing the relevant basic data and the current situation,the spare parts management of the H-Group is discussed and appropriate optimization measures are given.After checking,the conclusion reached in this paper has a good effect on spare parts inventory improvement.In concrete terms,it primarily formulates protective measures such as relevant systems and processes,idle spare parts management,employee training and the performance system.
