In recent years,my country’s mining industry has been affected by factors such as the domestic macro-economy and the world’s new crown pneumonia epidemic.The overall industry has continued to decline.The development of the mining industry is facing difficulties.The number of employees in the industry has shown a downward trend.Many mining companies are facing the problem of brain drain.The inheritance and development of exploration technology and the establishment of an effective incentive mechanism to attract and retain talents are the current important tasks of my country’s mining enterprises.Since its establishment in 2008,LJ Mining Co.,Ltd.has abundant mineral resources.The company has developed rapidly in the past 13 years.In recent years,the company’s incentive mechanism has been improved according to its own development strategy and organizational structure.However,there are still improper personnel appointments and improper remuneration.,narrow promotion space,poor working environment and other problems.Therefore,enterprises must pay attention to the incentive mechanism and adopt scientific and effective incentive measures in order to maximize the efficiency of employees and promote the rapid development of the company.This paper takes LJ Mining Company as the research object,designs a questionnaire for employee job satisfaction according to the two-factor theory,and at the same time,selects representative employees to conduct face-to-face interviews according to the results of the questionnaire,so as to find out the problems existing in the incentive mechanism of LJ Mining Company,and proposes The optimization strategy is to optimize the structure of employee wages and benefits of LJ Mining Company,change the status quo of wage egalitarianism and slow growth;help employees formulate clear career development plans and provide them with a good career development space;improve the working environment and maximize the protection of employees Work safety and comfort;strengthen the training system to meet the needs of employees’ personal development;strengthen work performance incentives,build employees’ sense of honor and participation to meet the needs of rights and interests at work,and at the same time,establish incentive safeguards to ensure incentives The mechanism is effectively implemented.At the same time,it is also expected that the optimization countermeasures proposed by this paper for LJ Mining Company can provide a certain reference for the incentive mechanism of enterprises in the same industry.
