Production activities are the value-added process of turning raw and auxiliary materials into products,which is of great significance in enterprise operation.With the rapid development of information technology in recent years,especially after the proposal of "made in China 2025",manufacturing information systematization has become the main direction of manufacturing production management.Under the traditional production scenario,the production instructions of the company’s senior management are difficult to be effectively implemented on site,the production process is lack of control and supervision,and the production data is lack of analysis,which has become the neck bottle of the company’s cost control,lean production and quality improvement.In order to keep sustained development in the fierce market competition,the enterprise’s production and manufacturing must implement information systematic management,Manufacturing Execution System(MES)can well achieve the information interaction between the management and the production workshop,realize the effective control and supervision of the production process,carry out real-time data analysis,and then achieve the purpose of high efficiency,high quality and low cost.Taking the production management of N company subordinate to Y group,the leading waterproof industry in China,as the research object,this research analyzes the current situation of production management of N company,finds out the problems restricting the production management of N company,considers how to realize the seamless connection between discrete manufacturing and process manufacturing,and finds that although N company has SAP,MDM,WMS,LIMS,APS and other systems,However,at the factory manufacturing level,the operation team have a lot of staggered communication,complex processes and highly dependent on the on-site operators.The staff have low work efficiency,the information feedback lags behind,the process lacks anti stupidity measures,the information islanding is serious,and there is a lack of modern information communication and information sharing methods.The production process data cannot be automatically captured by the system,manufacturing process has poor traceability.These problems directly lead to the high number of customer complaints and serious waste.The manufacturing mode of discrete manufacturing and process manufacturing has high requirements for the connection degree of each process.Relying on manual manage discrete manufacturing and process manufacturing at the same time is not enough to realize the seamless connection of all links,It is difficult to realize lean production.There is an urgent need for an information management system to connect the company’s existing SAP,MDM,WMS,LIMS,APS and other systems to supervise the whole production process,so as to realize flat information communication,automatic parameter control,real-time visualization of data and reliable process tracing.According to the characteristics that the production of N company belongs to the coexistence of discrete manufacturing and process manufacturing,combined with the requirements of the management of N company for production management,this research designs the detailed scheme of the production management MES system of N company,which mainly includes production order and work order business management,production material preparation business management,charging business management,product molding and work report business management,Among them,the charging work order and charging business based on production order disassembly belong to the category of discrete manufacturing,and the molding work order and product molding business based on order disassembly belong to the category of process manufacturing.Through ingenious design,the design organically combines discrete manufacturing and process manufacturing,realizes seamless connection,meets the automation and informatization of production control,realizes production traceability,realizes information sharing and eliminates information island.In the domestic waterproof industry,it’s the first time to combine discrete manufacturing and process manufacturing in one MES system to optimize the production process. |
