Engine AMES(Assembly Line Manufacturing Execution System)is a kind of manufacturing execution system between Enterprise Resource Planning Management System and Process Control System.It not only opens up the data flow of production and plan,but also provides a fast response,flexible,elastic,lean and intelligent manufacturing environment for assembly line.For an engine complex process manufacturing enterprise,establishing a set of engine assembly line manufacturing execution system suitable for its business process is the way to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.Because the engine assembly line is composed of hundreds of processes,pipeline production features,even one of the process failures will affect the production of the entire line.In order to reduce the impact of AMES systems on production,RFID Tag(Radio Frequency Identification Tag)or PLC DB(Programmable Logic Controller Data Block)are generally used to store production formula.But neither of these two methods can satisfy the function of each process’ s formula efficiently after the modification of the production formula and flexibly expand the production formula.In the thesis,a set of AMES system is designed and implemented with real-time production formula delivering to each process and efficient management,flexible expanding of the production formula.The system ensures reliability of the network environment and real-time communication between the system and each process,participates in task control of each process in real time.The main contributions and results of the thesis are as follows:(1)An AMES software architecture is designed with deeply studying MES(Manufacturing Execution System)theories and analyze AMES functional requirements.An OES(Online Execution System)module is designed to realize the function of the production formula in every process in time,and a PFM(Production Formula Management)module is designed to realize the efficient and flexible and scalable production formula management.(2)According to AMES software architecture and requirements,a distributed computing,mutual backup hardware architecture with redundant and stable network architecture is designed to ensure the performance and stability of the AMES system from the hardware and the architecture aspects.(3)Through the study of PLC communication technology,the "Observer" design pattern and the load balancing technology,a real-time and stable OES module is designed and implemented from the aspects of communication,data and load balancing to realize the function of the production formula in each process in real time.At the same time,the automatic backup of the OES master and slave server based on PLC is designed.To achieve the robustness of the system and ensure stable production.(4)Design structure of various operation types parameters and the structure of the production formula,which is beneficial to the flexible expansion of the production formula.And then design and realize an efficient management and flexible expansion of the production formula management interface,compared with the traditional production formula management,ensuring the efficient management and flexible expansion of the production formula.(5)The AMES system has been realized that the production formula can reach every process and efficient management and can expand the production formula flexibly.It has been successfully applied to the project of the engine assembly line.After testing the robustness and performance of the OES,the system is determined to be real time and stable,and the stability of production is guaranteed.After testing the PFM flexibly expanding production formula and efficient management,it is determined that the system has high efficiency management and flexible expansion of the production formula function,and ensures the flexible management of management and the flexible expansion of the production formula.
