As a strategic area of made in China 2025,CNC machine tools have become increasingly mature in the development of functions with technology as the core,but the depth of research on the design of CNC machine tools as the main body is insufficient.The research on the retrieval system centered on the appearance of CNC machine tools has positive theoretical and practical significance.This paper comprehensively uses theoretical methods such as user experience and user demand acquisition,and proposes the design principles of the CNC machine tool retrieval system for the interactive interface and color matching.Based on this,it guides the selection of design parameters of the CNC machine tool retrieval system,and uses the web development tools to build the CNC machine tool retrieval system.In the end,the CNC machine tool modeling scheme that meets the users needs was accurately and quickly retrieved by applying the system.Taking the background personnel of machinery and design as the target user of the CNC machine tool retrieval system,introducing the 5E user experience model,and obtaining the implicit user needs of each user experience dimension through the ZMET method.The semantic similarity calculation method based on "Synonyms" performs cluster analysis on the demand semantics of each dimension to obtain the key demand semantic collection,which is used as the semantic basis for the subsequent construction of the interactive interface and interface color mapping model.Based on the user experience element model,survey the product targets and user needs of the strategic layers of major domestic and foreign mainstream websites,and use morphological analysis to obtain typical interface interaction elements and classifications,and then make typical samples of the system based on this;according to the entropy method,the correlation between each semantic and typical samples is calculated,and the interactive interface-demand semantic mapping model is constructed to provide guidance for the optimal parameter selection of the interactive interface of the subsequent retrieval system.Obtain the basic color samples of the interface based on the WEB color system and establish the quantitative relationship between the basic color matching of the interface and the semantics of the key needs through the semantic analysis method;based on the PCCS color system,the orthogonal design method is used to obtain the typical color matching samples of the interface;with the help of gray theory,a gray prediction model is established to determine the predicted values of the three types of color matching of typical samples for different user experience dimensions;grey clustering is used to calculate the quantitative relationship between the overall color of typical samples and demand semantics,and the interface color matching-demand semantic mapping model is constructed to provide guidance for the selection of optimal color matching parameters for subsequent retrieval systems.Perform multiple regression analysis on the interactive interface mapping model based on quantitative theory to determine the optimal design parameters of the interactive interface in each dimension;use the analytic hierarchy process to obtain the optimal design parameters of the interface color matching in the two color matching modes;research the retrieval mechanism of CNC machine tool modeling and color matching and use Eclipse and other development tools to complete the backend implementation;use html5,js and other tools to implement the front-end page,generate a complete CNC machine tool retrieval system plan and verify the effectiveness of the system through usability experiments.
