| Food safety is related to the national economy and people’s livelihood.The increasingly prominent food safety problems make all social circles and relevant departments pay more attention to the supervision and management of food safety.Especially in recent years,driven by the emerging Internet technology,the traditional food industry has undergone major changes,and food safety supervision is also facing new challenges,including the mismatch between the development speed of technology and government system,the problem of information effectiveness,and the problem of interest reconciliation brought by technological innovation.To further enhance the quality and level of food safety management under the new situation,we must break through the bottleneck of traditional management mode,and innovate the regulatory mechanism with information thinking mode and technological means.Based on the full knowledge relevant research at home and abroad,through the investigation of information,questionnaires and interviews.Combined with the current social and economic development background,the paper analyzes the food safety supervision situation and specific measures in Jianyang under the new situation from the three levels of government,information technology and society,and points out that the main questions of Jianyang food safety supervisor are the government supervision department has insufficient supervision efficiency,ineffective implementation of information supervision,and insufficient social effective participation.In order to solve these problems,this paper analyzes the reasons from three aspects: the dilemma of government system,the obstacle of the integration of system and technology,the motivation of social co construction and co governance,and the lack of system.Finally,based on the theory of information asymmetry,technology governance theory and social co governance theory,and combining with the findings of the survey,the paper proposes to use administrative regulatory tools,information regulatory tools and social regulation tools to jointly tackle the food safety problems in Jianyang,to help Jianyang build a new situation of innovation,cooperation and win-win food safety supervision. |
