Strategy Research On Improving Consumers' Food Safety Cognition And Satisfaction In Guangdong Province

Dinning counts most for people,of which safety comes first.Based on the theory of customer satisfaction,to consumers as the main body,evaluation on food safety cognition and satisfaction as evaluation objects,according to the Guangdong municipal economic level and geographic location from five cities of consumer food safety awareness and satisfaction survey research in Guangdong province.It studies the cognitive factors that affect consumer food safety.To study the satisfaction of consumers and to understand residents' cognition of food safety in Guangdong province.This paper made a comparative analysis of the satisfaction of government governance and the satisfaction of social supervision,and thus introduced the assistance work of government governance work and social governance.According to the cognition level of food safety and the status quo of satisfaction,the factors affecting the satisfaction of food safety of consumers were understood,and the countermeasures to improve the current food safety condition were put forward.According to the findings,we could provide useful governance decisions for government governance.This research adopted a combination of theory and practice,combining qualitative and quantitative research.The research methods were as follows:(1)Literature analysis,the theory of information asymmetry in learning economics,the theory of communal governance in public management,the theory of psychological planning behavior and the methodology of the construction of the index system.To provide theoretical basis for improving the cognition and satisfaction of consumers in Guangdong province.(2)Expert interviews,to understand the opinions and suggestions of the experts on the construction of the first,two and three level indicators of consumers' awareness of food safety and satisfaction,and to build a framework model for the factors that affect the government's precise governance and improve the supervision of food safety effectively.(3)Questionnaire survey was conducted to survey consumers' food safety cognition and satisfaction in city A,B,C,D and E,and SPSS 18.was used for statistical analysis.After the expert interview and preliminary survey results,the finalized index system included 8 indicators,among which the primary index was food safety awareness and food safety satisfaction.The secondary indicators were food safety awareness,food safety awareness,food safety participation,comparative satisfaction,and current satisfaction.Level3 indicators for food safety awareness,the food safety law awareness,common sense foodsafety awareness,and a city than in the past year,compared with other cities,compared with the expected a city,governance,social supervision,enterprise's main body responsibility,risk perception,quality.After investigation and analysis,the consumer food safety satisfaction of five cities in Guangdong province was 71.58.The regulatory system has the highest satisfaction and the lowest law enforcement.Network media supervision satisfaction is superior to trade association work.The enterprise intermediate link is outstanding.The most concern about pesticide residues in agriculture.Common sense of food safety is 91%.The level of knowledge of food safety law is the most influential factor.The government can promote education to enhance consumers' food safety promotion and improve the overall cognition level of consumer food safety in Guangdong.Guide consumers to return to rational cognition and actively carry out risk communication.We should implement the strategy of "four in one" and realize the co governance of food safety.
