Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Urban Domestic Waste Management In Ziyang Cit

In recent years,the Party Central Committee and the State Council have attached great importance to the classification,disposal and resource utilization of municipal domestic garbage,such as promoting the construction of a large number of disposal facilities,and issuing a series of policy planning documents to accelerate the establishment of a municipal domestic garbage classification collection and transportation system.Therefore,the disposal capacity and resource utilization level have been continuously improved.However,with the development of city’s economy and society,the acceleration of urbanization and the improvement of people’s living standards,material life has become more abundant,which leads to a sharply increase in the types and quantities of municipal domestic garbage.On the other hand,the problems of insufficient disposal capacity,resource utilization,participation of public and corporate,and inadequate pressure of government financial burdens have gradually become prominent,which have intensified the contradictions in the governance of municipal domestic garbage.In fact,the municipal domestic garbage consists of too many types,quantities and sources,which is difficult to effectively and completely solve it by unilateral government forces.Based on this background,this article launches a targeted study on the treatment of municipal domestic garbage in Ziyang City.Specifically,we firstly study the problems and causes in current situation of municipal domestic garbage treatment.Then,based on the analysis and the relevant experiences from home and abroad,we proposed countermeasures and suggestions to improve the municipal domestic garbage treatment in Ziyang City.That is,in combination with the current status of municipal domestic garbage treatment in Ziyang City,the government,playing as the leading role,encourages the public to participate more actively and deeply in the treatment,strengthens the interaction and cooperation with private enterprises,consummates the related Laws and the garbage classification and recycling system,and promotes the upgrading of municipal domestic garbage treatment technology.The collaborative governance of diversified entities to jointly improve Ziyang’s municipal domestic garbage management capacity is an effective choice to get rid of the predicament.
