| Aristolochia manshuriensis Kom.is a plant of Aristolochia family,and its main composition is aristolochic acid compound.Asarum caulescens Maxim.is a plant of Aristolochia family,and its main chemical constituents exist in its rhizome.This research conducted a systematic study on the chemical components of Aristolochia manshuriensis Kom.and Asarum caulescens Maxim.Silica gel column chromatography,Sephadex LH-20gel column chromatography,recrystallization and thin layer chromatography were used for separation and purification.Combined with pop analysis techniques(1H NMR,13C NMR,ESI-MS),the structures of the compounds were analyzed,and its agricultural activity was determined.8 compounds were isolated from the methanol extract of Aristolochia manshuriensis Kom.They wereβ-Sitosterol(X-1),1-O-Heptatriacontanoyl glycerol(X-2),Daucosterol(X-4),Aristolochic acid I(X-5),6-O-p-Coumaroylglucose(X-6),Aristoloside(X-7),Aristolochic acid IIIa(X-8).Compound 1-O-Heptatriacontanoyl glycerol(X-2)was isolated from Aristolochia manshuriensis Kom.for the first time.The insecticidal activity and bacteriostatic activity of the above 8 compounds were determined.After 72 hours of treatment,the LC50 value ofβ-Sitosterol(X-1)to the 3rd instar larvae of Aedes aegypti was48.073μg/m L.The EC50 values of 1-O-Heptatriacontanoyl glycerol(X-2),Aristolochic acid I(X-5)and 6-O-p-Coumaroylglucose(X-6)against Colletotrichum musae are 666.273μg/m L,194.082μg/m L,128.624μg/m L.Daucosterol(X-4)had the best bacteriostatic effect on Pyricularia oryae Cavara,and the EC50 value was 2059.568μg/m L.7 compounds were isolated from the methanol extract of Asarum caulescens Maxim.They were Shizuka-acoradienol(Y-1),Palmitic acid(Y-2),β-Sitosterol(Y-3),Atractylenolide III(Y-4),Daucosterol(Y-5),Shizukaol F(Y-6),Sitosteryl oleate(Y-7).Shizuka acoradienol(Y-1),Shizukaol F(Y-6),Sitosteryl oleate(Y-7)was isolated from Asarum caulescens Maxim.for the first time.The insecticidal activity and antifungal activity of the above seven compounds were determined.After 72 hours of treatment,the LC50 values of Shizuka-acoradienol(Y-1),Palmitic acid(Y-2)andβ-sitosterol(Y-3)to the 3rd instar larvae of Aedes aegypti were 190.263μg/m L and 145.512μg/m L,48.073μg/m L.Shizukaol F(Y-6)had the best antifungal activity on Colletotrichum musae with the EC50 value was 334.086μg/m L.Daucosterol(Y-5)had the best antifungal activity on Pyricularia oryae Cavara with the EC50value was 2059.568μg/m L.Shizuka-acoradienol(Y-1)had the best bacteriostatic effect on Botryodiplodia theobromae,and the EC50 value was 44.572μg/m L.This study enriched the chemical constituents of Aristolochia manshuriensis Kom.and Asarum caulescens Maxim.And found that Aristolochia manshuriensis Kom.and Asarum caulescens Maxim.have good insecticidal and antifungal activity,which provides a theoretical and experimental basis for the future development of green,safe,efficient and harmless botanical pesticides. |
