| aristolochia acid compounds can be divided into aristolochic acids and aristolactams,Both are small molecules compounds. The isolated aristolochia acid compounds are used in medicine at home and abroad, little used in agricultural about insecticidal and bacteri-cidal activity.Previous studies found these compounds have good insecticidal activities, In order to study the relationship between structure and insecticidal activity, providing guidance for structural modification. In order to develop high efficiency, low toxicity and low-residue of green, low-carbon and environment-friendly botanical insecticide. We collect Aristolochia contorta Bunge and Aristolochia fangchi with high content of aristolactams, ALs and aris-tolochic acids, Using silica gel column chromatography, gel filtration over Sephadex LH-20 and semi preparative liquid chromatography to separate and purificate, Using a va-riety of spectroscopic technique for structure identification, total 11 compounds wereIsolated and identificated. They are N-MethoxyaristololactamI(M1), (24R)-5-Ergosten-3β-ol(M2), N-HydroxyaristolactamI(M3), (9,N)-dimethoxyaristololactamI(M4), 9-Metho xyaristololactamI(M5), 5-HydroxyaristolactamI(M6), AristolactamI(M7), D:A-Friedoole anan-3-one(8CI)(M8), Eicosanoicacid(M9), 2-Methoxy-4-carboxyphenol(M10), Octadec anoic acid(M11). After checking domestic and international literature, we knew that M1, M4 and M6 were new compounds, M2, M3 and M5 were isolated from Aris tolochia contorta for the first time, M8, M9, M10 and M11 were isolated from Ari stolochia fangchi for the first time. The compounds were screened for insecticidal activity, the result showed that com-pound M3: N-Hydroxyaristolactam I had strong insecticidal activity, LC50 value was 3.54μg/mL, it had potential value for developing new botanical insecticides, while other com-pounds did not show significant insecticidal activity. |
