Research On Causal Chain Construction Method Of Civil Aviation Accident

The factors affecting aviation safety are numerous and complex.The management of historical accident information and the analysis of causality are of great significance to aviation safety.At present,the analysis of civil aviation accidents is mainly in the form of investigation reports and other texts,which are difficult to read and didn’t consider all influencing factors,so the complete process and main reasons of the accident cannot be quickly obtained.The causal chain has strong interpretability and legibility,and can effectively reflect the development process of the accident.Therefore,the following research around the causal chain construction of civil aviation accidents has been conducted:Firstly,based on the extracted instance causal pairs of civil aviation accident,the method of constructing the instance causal chain of civil aviation accidents is studied.Aiming at the problem of the balance between correctness and cost in sentence similarity calculation,the Siamese-BERT-wwm model is proposed,which combines Siamese Network and BERT-wwm model,and further standardize the sentence representation of the same event through the coreferential resolution of the event,while reducing the computational cost,improves the similarity calculation of the event sentence from word level to sentence level,realizing the construction of the instance causal chain of civil aviation accidents.Secondly,based on the instance causal chain of civil aviation accidents,the method of constructing the abstract causal chain of civil aviation accidents is further studied.The generalization of events is realized through sentence classification.The accident type is regarded as the abstract event of the final result event of the accident chain,and the cause type is regarded as the abstract event of each event in the accident development process.Then the causal relationship in the instance causal chain are generalized,the method of probability statistics is used to calculate the causal strength,and finally the construction and visualization of the abstract causal chain of civil aviation accidents are realized.The construction of the causal chain of civil aviation accidents can visually display the evolution process of accidents,and provide better data and method support for the management and correlation analysis of aviation safety accidents.
