| With the acceleration of the development of industrialization in China,the environmental protection awareness of related chemical industries in China has been significantly improved.In view of the existing problems such as insufficient combustion and excessive nitrogen content in the start-up ignition process and normal operation of the current device heating furnace,we have carried out comprehensive replacement,modification and upgrading for the burner.The modification is mainly carried out from the size of the burner,the injection height of the fuel gas of nozzle,the wind velocity and the flame height.After the modification,the oxygen content,thermal efficiency,noise of the burner,NOx concentration and CO concentration in the flue gas discharged from heating furnace all meet the requirements of the new environmental protection standard,which has good environmental protection benefits.With the increase of the operating time of chemical device,the operating capacity of the device will be reduced.Therefore,it is necessary to conserve energy,reduce emission and reduce unnecessary energy loss through modification,thus reducing waste and saving money.In view of the situation that the stable operation ability of the compressor in the current device is constantly declining,the outlet pressure of the compressor is rising and fluctuating greatly,the drainage of the liquid collection bag is not smooth and frequent cleaning,and the steam consumption of the steam turbine is increasing,we added a polymer inhibitor injection system at the compressor outlet to reduce polymer production and increase operating life.The modification effectively improves the compressor’s smooth running ability and avoids the unplanned downtime maintenance and huge indirect economic losses caused by polymer accumulation.Energy conservation,emission reduction and environmental protection are the top priorities of chemical devices in the new era,we must optimize them under strict requirements to meet the industry standards. |
