| This thesis develops the indexable inserts powder pressing die management system.It is based on the business requirements of intelligent manufacturing construction in the factory,focusing on the existing management problems of powder pressing die for cemented indexable carbide inserts and carrying out the basic business of die digital management system and the function design of data analysis.The cemented carbide inserts have the advantages of high hardness,high temperature resistance and strong oxidation resistance.Pressing with powder pressing dies is a crucial part in the manufacturing process of cemented carbide inserts,and the diversity of inserts types results in a wide variety of dies in pressing the inserts.However,as the digitization of enterprise production workshops developing,extensive manual management could hardly meet the needs of intelligent manufacturing,due to the lack of effective management of die in most die manufacturing and enterprises at home.Thus,the key to realize intelligent manufacturing is to figure out how to achieve scientific and efficient die management based on the field business with digital technology.This thesis discusses the design and function realization of the indexable inserts powder pressing die management system in accordance with the on-site business requirements of the enterprise,and studies the relevant intelligent algorithm of the die management technology.It includes the following aspects:Firstly,the current status of die manufacturing has been investigated,including the use and storage management of the enterprise,with the design orientation of the on-site requirements,and the development technology platform and the system structure framework have been determined.The E-R diagram and business flow chart have been established according to the system function and business process.The functional modules and sub-modules of the software,as well as its business functions have been designed.In the design process of the system business,the coding rules of the die and a number of key business processes on site are standardized.Secondly,taking IDEA as the system development platform and MySQL as the database,the design and function development of cemented carbide inserts powder metallurgy die management system are completed.The interfaces have been established with the manufacturing execution system MES,Dingxin automatic die library and QR code scanning gun,realizing the information exchange between the die management system and the manufacturing execution system MES,as well as the dynamic monitoring of the die life and the recognition of the die number scanning code.It also statistically analyzes the previous data of the die,completing the systematic functions of inventory optimization,life analysis and cost calculation.Thirdly,based on the Matlab platform,this thesis has explored the algorithm used in the development of the die management system.The BP neural network optimized by GA algorithm is used to predict the life of the die,with the error less than 5%.The particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to optimize and design the shared die rationing scheme,which can effectively reduce the idle rate of the shared dies and shorten the total completion time of each shift.However,the scarcity of the original data makes has caused algorithm only to be used as a theoretical research,which lays the foundation for subsequent field applications.Finally,the system function test is carried out in the enterprise,in order to realize the information management of on-site die use and storage business.The statistics and analysis of data have result in the visual data report form and analysis conclusion,which provides reference for production decision-making and management optimization.Therefore,this project,to some extent,has its certain engineering significance. |
