| Non-standard special-shaped indexable inserts are a type of tool for special applications in the field of machining.Because of its high product accuracy requirements,many blade geometry parameters,and many influencing factors in the manufacturing process,the processing technology and forming of non-standard profile indexable blades are complicated,and the grinding method is different from that of standard blades.With the improvement of modern manufacturing technology,higher requirements have been put forward for matching machine tool equipment and supporting auxiliary manufacturing and simulation software.In this context,this thesis aims to achieve high precision and high efficiency machining of indexable inserts,and studies the key technology of automatic grinding of non-standard shaped indexable inserts,which provides technical support for the realization of the forming and processing of complex curved inserts.The thesis elaborated from the following aspects:1.Combined with the development principle of Fagor CNC8070 numerical control system,the human-computer interaction interface of numerical control system was designed and developed.Based on the complex curved surface forming theory and the principle of eccentric grinding of indexable inserts,combined with online measurement technology,the relationship between the position and posture of the grinding wheel and indexable inserts during grinding is analyzed,and the mathematical model of geometric eccentric grinding of indexable inserts is established.And for the problem of large margin arc grinding,a new process optimization method is proposed.2.Aiming at the technical problem of low tool setting efficiency of the 2MK7130A CNC indexable blade peripheral grinder,the swing position of the grinding wheel during blade grinding is analyzed,and the automatic tool setting mathematical model of straight edge,arc edge and chamfer is established.Developed automatic tool setting technology to realize automatic tool setting before blade grinding.3.On the basis of existing research,the software module for automatic grinding of non-standard special-shaped indexable inserts has been further improved,and the appropriate processing technology will be automatically selected according to the relevant geometric parameters of the insert,combined with the geometric parameters of the insert and the measurement results,and the tool of the grinding wheel will be calculated.Position trajectory and generate numerical control processing program,which effectively improves the processing efficiency.4.Created a 3D model of 2MK7130A CNC indexable insert peripheral grinding machine,combined with the development principle of simulation technology,developed a virtual grinding simulation system,which provides a simulation platform for the study of indexable insert forming grinding.The grinding verification was carried out on the machine tool,which verified the reliability and stability of the virtual simulation system,and also proved the correctness of the mathematical model,automatic tool setting technology,machine tool installation error compensation technology,and automatic grinding software established in this paper.And reliability. |
