| Current basic research shows that protein peptides extracted from animal bones have the effects of anti-oxidation,anti-aging,and treatment of osteoarthritis.This article mainly studies the biological function of the Australian bovine bone protein peptide(ACBP)obtained by enzymatic hydrolysis.In this study,the physical and chemical properties of ACBP were analyzed.The antioxidant capacity of ACBP was determined at the biochemical and cellular levels,and the antioxidant and anti-aging abilities of ACBP were determined at the animal experiment level.Experiments have proved that ACBP has a good biological application prospect.The research content and results are as follows:In this research,it was found that ACBP contains high content of collagen characteristic amino acids and macro elements,and its heavy metal content meets safety standards.According to free radical scavenging experiments,ACBP has strong scavenging ability on superoxide anion,DPPH,ABTS and other free radicals.The half-clearance concentration for superoxide anion is 4.61 mg/mL;the half-clearance concentration for DPPH is 1.67 mg/mL;the half-clearance concentration for ABTS is 1.56 mg/mL;the total antioxidant capacity is determined for FRAP,ACBP’s half reduction rate concentration is 0.38 mg/mL,and the peptide concentration is positively correlated with the scavenging ability of free radicals.By establishing a model of SNP-induced apoptosis of rat chondrocytes,it was found that ACBP within a certain concentration range antagonized the apoptosis induced by SNP and played a role in protecting cells.After establishing a mouse model of aging induced by intraperitoneal injection of galactose,animal behavior related tests were done.According to the overall data,the high-concentration ACBP administration group has stronger recognition and memory ability,and has a stronger ability to explore new environments,indicating that highconcentration ACBP has the effect of resisting the aging process of mice.Through subsequent treatment of mice and analysis of organ coefficients,it can be seen that the organ coefficients of each group are not significantly different from the blank group(p>0.05),indicating that the organ coefficients of each group of mice are within the normal range,and ACBP does not Affect the organ coefficient of mice.Analysis of organ slices shows that ACBP is safe and non-toxic.The detection of anti-oxidationrelated enzyme activity in mouse serum showed that ACBP had no significant effect on SOD activity in serum,and ACBP of different concentrations showed different degrees of improvement in the activity of CAT and GSH-Px enzymes in mice.Antioxidantrelated biological functions of bovine bone protein peptides.This study also produced ACBP-Ca,which can continue to be used in the study of anti-aging mechanisms,and provides a corresponding theoretical basis for the full utilization of animal peptides. |
