Study On Purchasing Process Control Under Background Of Digital Transformation

With the acceleration of industrial transformation and information technology,the integration and innovation of digital technology presents an active situation.The development of digital technology promotes the development of digital economy,but also has a huge impact on business management.In order to adapt to the environment,manufacturers have begun to carry out digital transformation.As an indispensable part of enterprise production and operation activities,the disadvantages of traditional control mode gradually emerge.Manufacturers need to change the purchasing process control mode.Under the background of digital transformation,purchasing process control not only need to pay attention to cross department collaboration within the enterprise,but also need to pay attention to cross enterprise collaborative management,and integrate with cost control to build a purchasing process control mode suitable for digital transformation.Therefore,the research on purchasing process control of manufacturers that adapt to the digital transformation seems to be a critical problem,and this paper is going to study.Using literature research method,this paper sorts out the research results;drawing on the results of the related literature,selects the manufacturer as a case,uses the control theory to analyze the case,and combined with the manufacturer,explores the purchasing process control mode suitable for the manufacturer.Conclusions are as follows:first,purchasing process control gradually break through the boundary of enterprises,and start to pay attention to cross enterprise cost and business collaborative control;second,under the background of digital transformation,the four dimension control mode of industrial value chain is applied to reconstruct the procurement process control to achieve value creation;third,based on the six problems of the case company,five suggestions are put forward,and three difficulties in the implementation are discussed.Contributions are as follows:first,combining with the theory of cross enterprise collaborative control,the integration mechanism of procurement business process and cost collaborative control is proposed;second,combined with the four-dimensional model,the four-dimensional model of procurement process control under the background of digital transformation is constructed to provide theoretical support for the digital transformation of enterprise procurement process control;third,this paper points out the improvement direction of the purchasing process for the case enterprise,also provides reference for other enterprises in the digital transformation.
