Study On Farmers’ Cognition And Influencing Factors Of Non-point Source Pollution Of Rural Land In Western China

In recent years,the problem of non-point source pollution in rural areas has aroused social concern,especially the problem of non-point source pollution of rural land,which is becoming more and more serious.China has a large population and most of the population is rural.The country attaches great importance to the development of agriculture and rural areas.After decades of reform and opening up,China’s economic development has achieved leapfrog development.Thanks to the support of national policies and efforts over the years,great progress has been made in agriculture,rural areas and farmers.But our country agriculture and countryside in some aspects is relatively backward,agricultural development way is part also has many not enough scientific and reasonable place,because there is much of spread,farmers in agricultural science and technology in the process of production is less,and for some unreasonable agricultural inputs into excessive use resulted in the vast rural area land non-point source pollution.Meanwhile,in the process of rural life,the extensive treatment of domestic sewage and domestic garbage is also one of the main causes of non-point source pollution of rural land.The problem of non-point source pollution of rural land has gradually been concerned,but because it has characteristics different from other pollution,even with great efforts,an effective prevention and control mode has not been formed,and in the prevention and control,the government is basically in the control alone,the effect of a single force is not very good.Based on farmers subjective cognitive deficiencies of rural non-point source pollution of land,production and life behavior led to increasing pollution,also based on the rural land of non-point source pollution is difficult to detect,hard to governance characteristics of objectivity,this paper,from the perspective of farmers cognition research analysis of the rural land problem of non-point source pollution,and accordingly put forward the corresponding perfecting suggestion.Guangxi Cen Xi is determined in this paper,the research object,this article through to the national statistical data and local annals as well as the related research literature material consult,from planting,livestock and poultry breeding situation and situation of rural life three aspects detailed analyses of current situation of rural land of non-point source pollution at present in guangxi as well as the investigation of the questionnaire design elaborates the research situation.At the same time,field research was carried out with the main purpose of understanding the basic situation of the interviewed farmers and rural production and living activities.After the survey,statistics and analysis were conducted on the survey data.After sorting out the survey data,multiple linear models were used to study the influencing factors of rural farmers’ cognition of non-point source land pollution.Based on the investigation,it is found that the six factors of peasant households’ gender,age,education level,whether they join the cooperative,work at home all the year round,and the use of peasant households to grow agricultural products have significant influences on peasant households’ cognition of non-point source pollution of rural land.On the whole,from the perspective of the cognition of non-point source pollution of rural land,generally speaking,the majority of farmers have a very low cognition level of non-point source pollution of rural land,which must be paid attention to by the society.From the statistics of questionnaire survey results,it is necessary to improve farmers’ awareness of environmental protection and popularize relevant conceptual knowledge and agricultural technology knowledge.Finally,this paper from the improvement of farmers’ environmental awareness;Improve legislation,strengthen supervision,regulate the behavior of farmers;Strengthening government guidance and management;Strengthening the reform of agricultural production;We will improve comprehensive measures for controlling non-point source pollution in rural land and give play to the market-oriented role.This paper puts forward some countermeasures and Suggestions for rural non-point source pollution by mobilizing various forces and strengthening the comprehensive treatment effect of rural non-point source pollution,in the hope of providing reference for western rural areas with similar problems.
