| Iron and steel industry belongs to high energy consumption and high pollution industry.The release and implementation of“Steel Air Pollutant Emission Standard”(DB13/2169-2015)has made great contribution to the environmental protection Management,total emission reduction and the improvement of environmental control quality in Hebei Province.However,with the continuous deterioration of air quality in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area,after the ultra-low emission in thermal power industry,the noise of ultra-low emission in the iron and steel industry is ceaseless.Thus,reduction the emission intensity of air pollutants from the iron and steel industry of Hebei Province is particularly urgent.In this paper,the whole process control of air pollutants and the ultra-low emission standard of Iron and steel industry in Hebei Province are studied.This study investigates and analyses the equipment characteristics,regional distribution and product structure in the iron and steel industry of Hebei Province.More than 40 enterprises including Shougang Group,HBIS Group Co.,Ltd and other private ones are analyzed to find out the present status of air environmental pollution.More than40 iron and steel enterprises are monitored,which provide more than 200 data samples.This is benificial to lay a solid foundation for the following environmental governance and stricter environmental standards.Based on the national standard system on iron and steel industry,this study conducted thorough investigations on the relevant standards at home and abroad.The characteristics of the composition of air pollutants produced in each different procedures are analyzed by using the following principles of economic feasibility,technological feasibility,operability and whole-process control.Finnaly,The Ultra-low Emission Standard of Atmospheric Pollutants in the Iron and Steel Industry of Hebei Province was formed,in which the indicator system,the applying scope and the excuting time were provided specificlly.The indicator system mainly includes particle matter,sulfur dioxide,nitrogen oxides and special pollutants of each process.The concentrations of sulfur dioxide,nitrogen oxides in the lime kiln are supplemented according to the actual situation of Hebei Iron and steel enterprises.The concentrations of particulate matter,sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxide from head of sintering machine are 10mg·m-3,35mg·m-3and 50mg·m-3,respectively.The emission concentrations of particulate matter,sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxide at other sources are 10mg·m-3,50mg·m-3and 150mg·m-3,respectively.In the last part,the environmental benefits are analyzed.There will be a huge improvement for the air environmental quality due to the implementation of the Ultra-low emission standard. |
