The Study On The Strcture Of Chinese Army’s Summer Conbat Clothing

Training uniforms are the standard clothing worn by soldiers during training and combat.This topic is based on the PLA 07-style summer training uniforms of the People’s Liberation Army.The subject summarizes the elements of current training suit structure design by comparing the evolution of the training suit structure in several countries at home and abroad and the comparison of the structure of active training uniforms.Then combined with the actual interviews to the functional requirements of the training uniforms,the design of the training suit jacket structure.In the design of the style structure,there are two aspects to consider.One is to start from the functional structure: focus on the issues of activity comfort and body function.For areas where the skin stretches over a large area and has a lot of sweat,such as the shoulders,underarms,chest,and thighs.Increases active pleats on the shoulders,sloping openings under the armpits,back ventilation,and mesh pad pockets on the chest and thigh sides.The second is to design for the protection problem,through the protective layer design of the elbow and knee,the design of the crotch,and the design of the upper arm using the tourniquet design.The aim is to improve the sportswear comfort by optimizing the structure of the training uniforms,so as to provide a certain theoretical basis and design guidance for the design of the new summer training uniforms in China.In order to verify its comfort and functionality,three sets of training suits were selected for evaluation,07-style training suits,07-style modified training suits and the design training suits for this subject.The 07 type is a fixed amount based on the subject.When the size of the body version is the same,the functional structure design element is added to the body,and it is used as a modified version of the 07 model.In the case of the modified version of the functional structure design elements,the size of the body version is fine-tuned and the design elements considered from the design point of view are used as the training clothes for the design of the subject.Finally,the subjective and objective experiments were carried out to comprehensively evaluate the thermal comfort and shoulder and back sports comfort of the 07 and 07 modified versions and the design training suits.Objective test of shoulder and back compression,extracting two subjects in five actions,the average value of pressure values of four test points,and using a line graph to show the pressure.An objective experiment was conducted to test the thermal-humidity comfort.The changes in skin temperature and humidity at the four test points of the three subjects during the running were extracted and indicated by a line graph.The results show that the pressure values of the design training clothes are smaller than the other two.The improved version of the training suit is less than the other two.Therefore,the design elements of the body structure also play a certain role in improving the thermal and moisture comfort of the training clothes.Finally,the overall subjective evaluation of the design training suit is adopted.
