With the increasing awareness of national health,all kinds of outdoor sports are loved by people and the outdoor sports market develops rapidly.It is a common coat in outdoor sports,known as "whole-weather" clothing,and has been highly sought after in recent years.Currently,it is not enough to compare research and development of jackets at home with abroad,whether it is fabric development or functional design.The huge consumer are both an opportunity and a challenge for the development of China's jacket market.This paper starts from the functional design of the jacket and tries to analyze the influence of the style modeling on the thermal performance.According to the outdoor sports market investigation,this article selects one piece cotton coat as the reference object,and chooses 5 pieces of different style of soft shells as the research object,the outline of cotton coat is type H,the soft shells' profile are type H,type H belts,type X,type T,type A respectively.This paper studies the distribution of the air layer under different styles of softshell jacket.The subjects will be scanned in three statuses:?1 half-naked?2 wearing different lab coats respectively?3 wearing lab coats to normal walking after 10 min respectively.To get the spatial distribution and size of the air layer between clothing and human body,dealing with all the scanning point cloud datum with Geomagic qualify12.0 software.Then divide the human body into nine regions with the same body area as the quantitative parameter,which is used for the microclimate measurement during the walking.There are certain different space between human body with clothing clothing.To ensure the credibility of the experiment,this article selects one subject with height 170 cm,weight 60 kg.the subject wearing different style of soft shells does exercise following preset treadmill hiking model in the artificial environment of warehouse which temperature is 20±2 ?,relative humidity is 50%.Micro climate instrument monitors the nine points of temperature change every 10 seconds,and then using excel and SPSS analysis deal with temperature data to discuss different design modelling of soft shells charge effect on the thermal performance.The study found that the temperature of type A was significantly lower than type H in the front waist,front hem,behind hem,armpit and lateral waist during the hiking,which was beneficial to human body heat dissipation.According to this principle,intelligent design is made for the soft-shell jacket,so that it has the function of adjusting the temperature in the clothing.
