| In this paper,the discoloration performance and design development of thermochromic fiber fabrics are studied.Firstly,the thermochromic materials,thermochromic fibers and their research and application status were discussed by consulting a large amount of literature.Then,the woven fabric of plain weave,1/3 right twill,8/3 weft satin with different weft density were designed and weaved,which the warp yarn adopts cotton yarn,the weft yarn uses thermochromic viscose filament yarn,and the color change effect under different test conditions such as heating time,test direction,test temperature and washing times were carried out.The influence,its significance and correlation of test conditions and fabric structure on the discoloration effect of fabrics were analyzed.Finally,16 kinds of summer thermochromic fabrics were woven with thermochromic fiber viscose filaments.The results show that the temperature has a significant effect on the lightness and hue of the fabric.As the temperature increases,the lightness of the fabric increase,and the degree of redness decreases,which means the degree of whitening increases,and the discoloration is obvious.The texture and weft density of the fabric have a significant effect on the lightness and hue of the fabric.Before and after the discoloration,the satin weave fabric has the highest lightness and redness,and the plain weave fabric has the lowest lightness and redness.The satin weave fabric is discolored.As the weft density increases,the changes in the lightness and redness of different tissue fabrics are different.The interweaving method has a significant effect on the lightness and hue of the fabric.The smaller the arrangement ratio of the discolored yarn and the ordinary yarn,the more obvious the discoloration effect of the fabric;the washing times and the test direction have significant effects on the lightness and hue of the fabric,with the washing times increases,the lightness and hue of fabrics are different at different test temperature.The changes in the lightness and redness of different tissue fabrics are different with the change of the test direction,The heating time has no significant effect on the lightness and hue of the fabric.The regression equations of the lightness and hue of the fabric and the floating cover coefficient V and temperature T are:L*=0.227V+0.904T+41.044,a*=0.290V-1.21T+55.289,b*=-0.117V+0.247T-6.364.The research results have certain reference value for the design and development of thermochromic fibers and fabrics,and have certain guiding significance for the test of the discoloration effect of thermochromic fiber fabrics. |
