The development of thermochromic materials has a history of more than one hundred years,the emergence of microcapsules has greatly promoted the development of thermochromic discoloration.With resin will color material coated in its interior,made in diameter of dozens of microns to hundreds of microcapsules,isolation the internal discoloration material from the complex environment,make its use in the field of textile.It also makes it possible to apply thermochromic materials in medical and health care,military clothing and daily necessities.Thermochromic window screen is printed by screen printing method,giving the monotonous color screen window with bright and colorful pattern,the print pattern can change color,fade or achromatism with the change of temperature.The effects of the amount of adhesive,thickener,drying time and drying temperature on the color depth,dry rubbing color fastness,wet rubbing color fastness,washing resistance and resistance to brush and wash color fastness of printing patterns were investigated by orthogonal test.The printing quality and discoloration performance of the pattern prepared by improving the formula are good.To evaluate the performance of printed color paste prepared by 24? blue,green and red thermochromic microcapsules and 32? blue,green,orange and red thermochromic microcapsules,It is found that the color saturation S value of the thermochromic color-changing window screen prepared by these thermochromic microcapsules will decrease sharply with the increase of temperature within a certain temperature range,and the color discoloration temperature of several thermochromic color-changing microcapsules of 24?is between 22 and26?.Several 32? thermochromic microcapsules are colorization temperature between 31-35?.Selection of these a few thermochromic microcapsules in 50 times after heating and cooling cycle still has a better color performance,thus discoloration microcapsule made of printing design has good color restorative and durability,after repeated use still maintain its good color performance,Meet the needs of actual use.Of 32?,green,yellow and red yellow 32? thermochromic microcapsule preparation of printing paste,after 50 times heating and cooling test still has a better color performance,low temperature when the color hue H value had no obvious change after 50 times of trial and error,high temperature when the color hue H value had no obvious change after50 times of trial and error,It indicates that the two thermochromic microcapsules selected have good color recovery,so the printing pattern made by thermochromic microcapsules has good color recovery and durability,and still keeps its good color-changing performance after repeated use,which meets the needs of actual use.Several thermochromic window screen with better temperature response behavior are designed.The experiment explored the influence of sun fastness promoter and uv absorber on the sun resistance and printing quality of thermochromic window screen when acting alone.The effects of light stabilizer Tinuvin770 on sun resistance and printing quality were investigated.With the increase of Tinuvin770 addition amount,the color difference between Tinuvin770 and non-Tinuvin770 thermochromic window screen will also increase,but the effect is not significant,Tinuvin770 addition will not change the printing quality of thermochromic window screen,dry,wet and water fastness grades remain unchanged.The effects of three kinds of UV absorbent and Tinuvin770 synergistic action on the sun-resistant performance and printing quality of the thermochromic window screen were investigated.Through the experiment,it was found that 2% of the light stabilizer Tinuvin770 could coordinate with 6% of the UV absorber UV-329 to better improve the sun-resistant performance of thethermochromic window screen.Moreover,the synergistic effect of the UV absorber UV-329 and the photostabilizer Tinuvin770 is better than that of the UV absorber UV-327 and UV-531 with the photostabilizer Tinuvin770.
