The Attempt On The Application Of Friction Triboelectric Nanogenerator On Garment Design

With the advent of a series of smart apparel designed by Google,Cute Circuit Inc.and OMsignal Inc.,people’s interests in smart clothing are getting stronger and an increasing number of electronic products and functional micro-devices are applied to the field of smart clothing.Clothing is not just the expression of beauty and aesthetic personality,it’s becoming a carrier of modern technological progress,and a symbol of the times.However,The creative design of electronic intelligent clothing in China is still in the initial stage,it’s hard to meet the diverse needs of users.At present,the focus of research on intelligent clothing industry is while ensuring the functionality of intelligent clothing,it does not affect the style of clothing and ensures the comfort of consumers.Firstly,this paper summarized the research on conductive fiber、flexible sensor and intelligent fabric at home and abroad and found out that Triboelectric nanogenerator can provide raw material support for the intelligent design of clothing;Secondly,briefly introduced the concept of Triboelectric nanogenerator,clarified the basic principle of Triboelectric nanogenerator applied in smart clothing,combined with the current situation of the application of Triboelectric nanogenerator in smart clothing,the advantages of Triboelectric nanogenerator used in smart clothing are summarized.Thirdly,Starting from the current situation of smart clothing industry,this paper briefly analyzes the problems faced by the whole smart clothing industry.The development course of how smart clothing is becoming fashionable is expounded from the aspects of optical fiber materials and sports clothing,excavate the initial form and development of smart clothing,Summing up the existence and performance of fashion in the process of the development of smart clothing,clarifies the shortcomings and the main points of the combined design of intelligent components and clothing.Finally,Based on the summarization of the theory and technology of Triboelectric nanogenerator,I made an attempt at practicing the design of smart clothing.Through market research,we have a preliminary understanding of the luminous materials used for clothing in the market,and select the LED lamp beads for clothing;conduct Fashion and pattern design,utilize the the technical support provided by Beijing Institute of Nanoenergy and Nanosystems,Chinese Academy of Sciences for the manufacture of intelligent textiles,and made an attempt at designing a series of smart clothing based on Triboelectric nanogenerator、combined Intelligent textiles with clothing.
